First of all, this place is absolutely disgusting. Flies everywhere, lettuce BROWN (I shouldn’t have even gotten the lettuce), drink machine had a spider web on it. Secondly, putting a decent amount of lettuce on a sandwich should NOT be that hard. I got more onion than lettuce. How?! I’ll never be going back. Thanks for screwing me over.

I love Subway, the food is always fresh and amazing, and pretty healthy compared to some other restaurants, pretty fair prices, they the sweet onion chicken sub. Its delicious. My favorite!!!

Note to the franchise owner for the Subway at Tates Creek Center....Either conduct your buisness properly. or close this one down. It's nothing but a hang out place for vagrants anyway.I've given this place every chance... strike three, you're out.Maybe the health department should come by and have a look.

We placed a four sandwich order tonight an hour before they closed to find out after they accepted our order and charged us for it, that who ever was working decided to close early. We didn't get our food and now we have to fool with trying to get our money back. This is ridiculous!

Refusal to adhere to COVID guidelines. Despite my request to wear their masks when in the store, next to myself and the food, one of the two employees was still not wearing his mask by the time I left. This was even though I threatened to call the health department and the fact that another customer entered the store directly after me. The employee without a mask on simply waved his mask (never worn) at me saying "we have these." As someone who has lost multiple people to COVID so far this year, I highly do not recommend this store.

I used to work at this store and my god I can say the quality has fallen off dramatically. I ordered three foot longs with the mobile app and only one of them was correct. The attention to detail is horribly lacking at this location. If I order extra sauce on my sandwich I expect it to be all throughout the sub and not just on the ends. These subs had no layers to them, no feeling of actual care when making it just a smashed together sub of toppings with a drizzle of sauce on the outer edge. I was really disappointed with the quality of my order and I hope they can do better in the future. Maybe I'm just a stickler for detail but every sandwich I ever made while working for them you tasted every layer and ingredient, I took being a veteran sandwich artist seriously and would bend over backwards to meet a customer's needs/wants. Regardless of the request even if you wanted a crazy level of extra sauce you got it and left feeling satisfied regardless of how messy it was. I'm a former night shift team lead and trainer/veteran sandwich artist and I can say this restaurant is not up to par with subway standards.

Ordered online for pickup. When I arrived, I had to wait at least 10 mins to request my food for pickup. When I told them my order, they looked surprised and said they didn't have any more meatballs for a meatball sub. I than had to get something else. For a walk in walk out pickup, it took 20 mins and I had to get something else. Would have appreciated if they notified at first that they didn't have my menu option.

This location does things very different. 1 the night staff blast obscene music over the speakers. I had my 4 year old with me and I was not ok with him hearing WAP by Nikki.I went back in July and the staff doesn't inforce masks. They bake their bread and put it on the shelf above the toppings. I guess they do this because they bake more bread than they can store in the warmers. My issue with this is people NOT wearing masks are talking to staff over top this bread that is out in the open. I don't want Jon's spit particles on my bread....ugh! Went back one last time hoping it was just a 1 off siruation....lol wrong. Walked in saw the bread on the shelf uncovered and people in line no masks talking over it. Walked right back out.

Normally this subway does really well with my orders but I walked in to get an online order only to have two extra side items missing from my order and only half of the things I ordered. This has happened before a couple of times recently but I thought that it was a fluke. Also the customer service is absolutely terrible as I even checked to make sure I got all of my side items correct only to be told rudely that they were in there.
