Staff doesn't speak English very well, they dont have the best attitude either. The chicken in my sandwich was room temperature at best, bread was hard to bite, the cookies wete hard as rocks... the food here isn't fresh, its like the save the brad and cookies day after day until they sell. The floors were kinda dirty too, crumbs and dust everywhere. I wont be coming back

The female employee is lazy and a liar. I went in tonight to get a Philly wrap and was told that they don’t have any of the tortilla wraps left. I thought that seemed odd since their wraps are available for any sandwich. So I left not believing her. I got home and ordered the exact wrap I was just told they didn’t have on DoorDash, and sure enough they did have them and it was delivered. I verified it came from the exact location I was just at. I had to spend an extra $8 to DoorDash and tip. I won’t be back.

I should’ve looked on these reviews. This was only one of less than 4 reviews I’ve left that were bad reviews.
First-I ordered a tuna sandwich on the $6.99 for a 12” deal. I asked that lettuce & tomato be on the side. Pretty simple right? I knew I wouldn’t eat it for couple of hours that’s why I wanted it “on the side”
Second-this is what I got. 2 tablespoons of tuna on each side, those red onions that smell bad & make your breath stink, about 1 slice of cheese in triangles (?) divided for both sides, lettuce & tomato were put in the same bag (cookie bag no less) so the tomatoes could make my lettuce soaked in tomato juice. Bread hard as a rock, CLEARLY not fresh at all. I didn’t know about the onions because it’s not on the website description (I wouldn’t have gotten them cause I hate them).
Hell, I didn’t even get the entire discount. I should’ve gotten -$5.99 off but I got -$4.37.
When I got there they weren’t busy at all.
I’m taking that because of the 12” being $6.99 the owners (that’s who was there) decided if they couldn’t get their $12.00 price I’d get 1/4 of the tuna, 1/4 of the cheese AND messed up condiments. For the cherry on the cake, let’s just stick it to her on the price too.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER. Seems I have plenty others that feel the same way by these reviews. I recommend that NO ONE goes there. They deserve to lose their business. Obviously they don’t understand that if it weren’t for the customers ordering they wouldn’t get a paycheck.
You’ve been warned. I will also make it a habit of checking reviews from now on.

Subway has been Subpar for quite awhile...assembly line built sandwiches that AI might have constructed with more efficiency and precision. There's no love to be had here....fix food like you love food....outdo your competitors bc you were here first.

I placed an order online and the moment I walked in the door they were not helping anyone. They completely ignored me for a solid two minutes while a woman in the back stared at me giggling because she thought it was hilarious they weren’t paying me a bit of attention. The man working couldn’t even be bothered to look at me and said “what can I help you with?”

It literally costs nothing to be a kind person in this world, and to have good customer service. All you had to do was greet me when I walked in the door and make sure that I was taken care of, and apparently that was too hard. And you guys wonder why you’re never busy. Skip coming here and just go to Penn Station. You’ll get better food with better treatment anyways.

The food was adequate. I like my sandwich made a certain way. Basically simple. I don't like how subway puts everything in the center. The young lady got an attitude when I requested my mayo and mustard be placed on the top bun following pickles, tomato then lettuce. Meat and cheese on the bottom bun. It's a sandwich. But the kicker is the bathroom is unisex WITH NO LOCK on the door. How do you get away with that.

Not clean location , very nasty especially the ice tea machine it’s gross and it looks like no one clean it long time ago ,the lady works at this location very rude and the guy too ,when we order a sandwich they barely put any chicken they ripped off customers , no napkins, table very dirty that’s their job to clean the tables so folks if you want to eat a good sandwich go the location on sir Barton way very clean and they make very good sandwich like an artist their employees very nice and respectful.

I ordered the 99 grand slam ham. It says double meat and double cheese. I ended up with 1/2 meat and normal cheese. Could see thru the ham it was so little. A normal ham sub has twice as much meat as this did.They are ripping off their customers.
