This subway location is terrible. I ordered 2 veggie delite footlong sandwiches via doordash and the sandwiches were missing 3-4 ingredients each (including cheese). I mean why even serve sandwiches if you're not going to make it correctly? Look I've worked in customer service jobs before and as much as people suck, I would never short them what they ordered. Very disappointed and honestly in hindsight after reading all the terrible reviews from doordash, this location should be closed.

The amount of condiments they put on sandwiches is so disproportionate. Barely gave me any tomato sauce but overloaded it with chipotle sauce. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Won’t be back again!

Zero stars you will probably get such there is no room for a line there is no distance to be away from ppl and I witnessed sweat drip off the food handler into lettuce good luck to all who ate there
Pam the district manager is a complete joke of an employee. No customer service. I asked her to let me pay for my sandwich while it sat there getting cold. She refused and told me not to tell her what to do and threw my sandwich away. Such a joke

kimberly was the only one in the store at 12:09 when i got there. and mind you not, she was ROCKING IT. there was a line out of the door. now my only complaint is, for you all to staff your stores as though it will be you the only one in there. her attitude was fantastic. but you should not treat your employees as such. WAY TO GO KIM!!! <3 <3

I want in about 11:30 a.m. after paying bills (fun) 😂 and I told the guy behind the counter I was waiting for someone. The an older lady named (PAM) was like. R u ordering? She is really rude anyway to everyone if you don't order right away. She really should get fired. She has really poor Customer Sevice skills. I've worked in a Coffee House and that's not the way to do things. I did Customer Service for five years. And I've heard she scared some Customers/Employees away.

Once upon a time, Subway had a $5 foot long.
Today, it is a $17 wrap.
The most expensive Subway I have ever been to. The employee told me the owner felt there was an opportunity to “jack up prices”, which explains a lot.

i come here a lot. this lady pam , unfortunately her tag said district manager, was the rudest person i’ve come across here. this older man wasn’t understanding what she was asking - and she was arguing with him. she had an attitude with me as well. if i keep seeing her , ill be going elsewhere for my lunches. everyone else that works here is so nice. she was SO rude and it’s a SHAME she’s any type of manager at all.

These employees need retrained or something. The woman that served me today clearly had no idea what she was doing. She was frantic and confused it felt like I was speaking French.
