It was closed when we came today but hours on Google dont reflect that. We wated 30 mins of our trip by coming here. Updating hours on Google would have been beneficial.

Arrived early for my pick-up order, just to hear the self-proclaimed manager complain about the order of the sandwich and actively decide to leave off ingredients. They did inform me when I asked about it that they had to prepare more of what was missing on my sandwich. I approached calmly and as I was explaining both workers present came up with an egregious attitude and didn’t seem like they were wanting to help me at all but defend themselves when no blame was being put on them.
Dear upper management, I know you’re reading this. Please coach Anette on people skills, especially if she’s the manager.

The manager Annette quite audibly stated while we were waiting on our order that she would not be making it how it was ordered and then continued to have an attitude when it was politely addressed to her by my husband and I refuse to let anyone speak to him in the pure derogatory manner in which she was so I stepped in and gave her attitude right back- to which she wanted to call me disrespectful but I told her I was simply matching her energy. Don’t go to this store. It’s a waste of time. I’ve never seen a so called restaurant manager care more about being lazy than satisfying her customers. A corporate complaint has been made regarding this experience as well and I will be making sure to follow up on it.

Wouldn’t recommend. You walk in and there is usually no one present and if there is you can’t even simply get a hello and be greeted. It’s honestly sad, very rude & I won’t be spending my money here. An employee looked me in my face and continued on with what she was doing. Their customer service is terrible. They lost my service & support. Do better!

With all due respect why are you asking for a tip at Subway? Pay your workers a living wage.... I find it offensive when a fast food restaurant asked for a tip..... Pay your workers with their worth.... Here's a great idea Make a campaign put a sign on the door we pay our workers of living wage $20 an hour sorry for the extra cost on your subs..... Don't degrade your employees by having them beg for tips...

Don’t come to this subway they won’t fix your sub the way you want it I wanted my toasted and they said no bc they wasn’t aloud too and they lady just rolled her eyes and started talking with another customer by far the worst experience I’ve had at a subway.
Best subway around!! Wanda is exceptional!! She’s the main reason we come there!!
Workers were very helpful and knowledgeable
The lady from the laundromat is working there now and she will rush you through your order. I felt like I couldn’t take my time with my order because of her pushiness. Between this and the prices, this will be the last time I ever eat subway
