Absolutely horrible place. We ordered 3 sandwiches. The lady rushed through the whole sandwich making process, leaving us with sloppy sandwiches. I will not becoming back here with my family. $40 wasted

My dad, wife and myself ordered three foot-long sandwiches through DoorDash for delivery. DoorDash did a good job when we was about to eat our sandwiches well One of the sandwiches was wrong. I ordered an All American club. My wife ordered the outlaw sub and my father ordered the ultimate BMT Italian. We receive two of the outlaw sub. I did not get what I ordered so I took the sandwich back and explain it to the person who actually made it and I told him you made two of the same sandwiches and not the one I ordered and he became a little pissy about it and I assured him, well if you claim you made the correct sandwiches then why am I here as I explain to him I’m not here to get a free sandwich or anything of that nature I’m here because you did it incorrectly And I paid for it with that being said I want you to fix my all-American club which he did, but he wasn’t happy about it but I don’t care you messed up I didn’t. Also, I don’t like a liar. I want nothing to do with that establishment ever again. The reviews explains it. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

I have never seen people move soooo slow and inefficiently. One person just standing at the cash register or messing with mobile orders while one makes the product. It should not take almost 15min for 2 sandwiches to be made. The one girl with a neck tattoo had an attitude problem, clearly didn’t want to be there. Very poor customer service.Deserves zero stars. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Placed a Mobile order on app. Came to pick up 20 minutes later. See it’s made and sitting on counter. Employee makes me wait while she makes numerous sandwiches instead of just simply handing me my already finished order. Get home and wrong damn sandwich.

I walk in to a dead restaurant. I wait while the workers have a conversation amongst themselves. Don’t mind me I’m just here as a paying customer! The lady finally has time for me when I ask for wheat bread they don’t have it, no big deal. So I say what do you have and she gets an attitude. Customer service is a lost art and certainly is at this Subway. I left without ordering and won’t be back to this location. Unbelievable

Employees are sorry as sory can be. I’ve been waiting over and hour for my mobile order. instead of making my sandwiches she was prioritizing the people in the store. Savannah needs a new job, as she’s been telling everyone that walking the door. She’s alone, and has to prep all the food that’s why they’re so short on everyone, telling us corporate is working them short only one person to a store so they get a bonus.

First time I've had a bad sandwich from Subway. Bread was not fresh, maybe a day or more old. Had to wait almost half an hour because only one person working. Just another fast food place in my opinion going to hell.

Ordered a turkey sub with double meat for pick up. I ordered double because the subs are always skimpy. There was a single layer of turkey on the sub. I paid extra for double meat there should be double meat.

Extremely rude and incompetent staff. I ordered ahead and they hadn’t started making the order even though I arrived 10 minutes past the time the order was scheduled to be ready and despite there not being any other customers in the store. On top of that they took forever to make the order and openly complained the entire time. Would not recommend, I will not be returning.
