After reading the reviews I thought I would have a long wait but the lady that served me was quick and efficient making the sandwiches. Maybe they got rid of the slackers. Good sandwiches.
We came in relatively early in the day and were served quickly, but they were out of several items and many items didn’t look fresh. The area behind the counter seemed dirty and dingy, but the dining area was just yucky. The drink station clearly hadn’t been wiped down or restocked in several days. They seem understaffed and under-supplied, so it makes for an unpleasant dining experience.
Food is good but not always fresh. The people there hire teenage kids to work there. Which makes it even more out of sorts because there isn't a "thank you, please come back" attitude or feel to the place. Feels like as a customer you are bothering them more than giving them business. We've gone to other places so we don't feel like this anymore.
