The workers are at the counter, they look like they are open. But then tell you, they are not serving right now. While standing there on their phones! This happens to our family at least once a week and different times and days? No one ever gives a reason as to why they are not serving! Foods in the bins, breads in the bread box. They are walking around the counter area! But not serving! It's weird!

We ordered online and came to pick up. (This location is inside of a gas station.)The place was clean and everything looked fresh- I’d rate this as one of the better Subways in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. When we got there, we could see our order sitting behind the glass, but no one was around to give it to us. Thankfully, there was a “Ring Bell for Service.” We rang it and someone came out immediately to give us the order. It was made correctly and tasted great. No complaints!
Parking: Inside a gas station so there’s a lot of parking on their premises.

This place blows. I waited at the drive through. I’d recommend never consider the drive through. No indication that it wasn’t working or open, but after going inside to order, I asked for a Monster, the number 3.The sandwich was started with the wrong meat. No double cheese. When I asked about the drive through, in a rude way I was told it was closed and that me waiting 3-5 minutes to pull out and go inside wasn’t their fault. There’s Apparently a sign I could have seen clearly at the front of the building.(Hint I nor any previous reviewer sees the sign clearly). My sandwich was thin and unfulfilling. Service was rude. This place is a dumpster fire, I’d say stay away. There’s a Jimmy John’s a half mile away that does great or a subway on leestown rd or Newtown pike exit…. Both are much better.

Service needs attention. They have the drive-through working 1/2 the time. They force you to go in the store. The manager has shut the place down at 4pm on a weekday. Please get some steady help there.

I sat in the drive-through for a long time no one responded. I did see a Subway worker, a lady on her phone outside that finally went inside, so I drove up to the drive-through window only to hear her tell another worker, tell the man that drive through is closed. Hard to believe at 2pm the drive through would be closed with no sign saying so, Plus I was told I need to go inside to order my sandwich. It's my opinion they just didn't want to mess with customers in the drive through. Plus last week when I was there I ordered a sandwich with double meat on wheat. They didn't even give me the right sandwich through the drive through but I didn't have time to discuss it I just left.Being a business owner myself, and if I was the owner of this Subway, I would certainly want to know how poorly customers are treated. I will never come back to this subway again.

This place takes 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. One of the employees just left my sandwich sit on the counter while she went to the back.

The drive thru open at 5pm. I came at 5:23pm was informed the drive thru was closed. No reason at all.
Kid-friendliness: Wasn’t given a reason for the drive thru being closed. Just we closed over the microphone. One star feels to be too much.
Parking: Handicapped parking full with cars with no handicapped placard or plate.
Never go here. Horrible service. I stood waiting politely. Three people were there. One was working and the other two were standing there doing nothing. No one would take my order and the one person working smashed the bread on the sandwich she was working on.
long story short, there’s an IGA 2 mins away with “Which-Wich”, and I’ve started going there instead.almost every time I come here the employees do not want to work. I’d like to use the drive-thru, but it’s either closed or no one feels like working. Today I pulled up to the window and saw someone standing in there, and once he made eye contact he walked away and didn’t come back. if i go inside, it’s hit or miss on if the employees are around. I don’t see how this place makes any revenue.
Started by waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, with no one coming to help. Then when I went inside the person behind the counter was on their phone. Then when they finally realized I was there, they messed my order up, even though I said it loudly and clearly. They were rude and my orders was wrong.
They should just close this establishment down, I mean they’re closed every other time I’ve tried going. Whether it’s noon on a Monday or 3 pm on a Saturday, they’re always closed. What’s the point of even having this open sometimes, whatever that schedule may be.
