They ignore you if you go through the drive through. When you go in, they continue to act like you don't exist. They work at a Subway and are seemingly mad they have to make people sandwiches.

Took a lil to take order but no problem they were busy, but the food was absolutely scrumptious and they even offered to let me taste a sauce before getting on my sandwich!!! Would come again.

If you’re the owner and reading this, please do something. The staff is horrible. The employees were in an argument with each other the entire time I was ordering. Sandwich maker took no care with making our sandwiches. We get home and the herb and cheese bread is burnt to the point the whole bottom half of the sandwich was hard and inedible. Just shut this location down if this is how you’re going to run an operation.

I had the absolute worst experience at the Subway located inside the Crossroads IGA near Leestown. I initially went through the drive-thru and waited several minutes, but no one acknowledged me. Fine, I thought, maybe they’re busy. So I parked and went inside.
When I walked in, I saw the employee cleaning—okay, that’s fine, cleanliness is important. But here’s where things went downhill fast. He didn’t acknowledge me at all. No “hello,” no “I’ll be with you in a moment,” not even a glance in my direction. I stood there for several minutes, waiting and hoping he’d at least acknowledge my existence. Instead, he just kept cleaning, not saying a single word.
I eventually walked out because it was clear I wasn’t going to get served. Honestly, even if he had decided to serve me, I highly doubt he would have changed the gloves he’d been using to clean with. Just thinking about the possibility of him making a sandwich with those same gloves is disgusting.
I was so fed up that I drove to another Subway down the road to get my meal. This experience was a complete failure in customer service, and I cannot believe how poorly this location is run. No acknowledgment, no service, nothing. Hands down the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had—and the guy didn’t even say a single word.

I would give zero stars if I could. This Subway is an absolute disgrace, and the employees are some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. They decided to close down nearly an hour before their official closing time, all because they didn’t feel like working. When I called ahead to check if they had what I wanted, I was flat-out lied to—they claimed they were out of the ingredients. Yet when I arrived, I realized the truth: they had simply taken down the entire line early and had no intention of serving anyone else.
It’s beyond frustrating to drive all the way there only to be turned away by staff who clearly don’t care about their customers. This place needs serious management intervention to get their team in line. I won’t be coming back, and I suggest anyone else avoid this place if they actually want service, especially near closing time.

2nd time in the last couple of weeks that the Herb and cheese bread was burnt this time it was inedible. It would make more money sense to throw the burnt bread away than sell a sandwich you can't eat 😭

Only giving a 1 because 0 is not an option. Worst Subway EVER! Items missing from order. No one answers the phone. Took 10 minutes just to place order and was only one in drive thru. No one in store and there were 3 workers. TWICE this has happened!
