We ordered from DoorDash and this was the worst food I ever received from a subway. The pretzel was so burnt and hard you couldn’t eat it. We asked for both sandwiches toasted & they were not! Our bread was soggy and meat was cold. Absolutely disgusting I would not go back to this location!!

Such kind employees. I ordered a sandwich and was rear ended on the way to pick it up. Had to wait for the police which took forever and when I went to finally get my sandwich, they remade it for me fresh. Food here is always delicious and fresh!

Cost extra for everything and anything. Paying outrageous price for just a 6in sub, and workers are rude and don't speak English very well, hard to understand them. I will NEVER GO BACK to this subway.

went here bc it’s the highest rated subway in lex but will never come back bc the owners (or i assume, bc no regular worker would be so rude and pressed over something so small) are EXTREMELY rude, go to any of the other subways less than a mile away for a better experience..i’d rate it 0 stars if i could lol
