I see people complaining about online orders but I'm not a spoiled child and just get mine in person. This store is 10x better than the one down the road. This location is operated by extremely hard working people who take pride in what they serve. I will go out of my way to eat here anytime!

I have eaten at this location many times. The food has been up to standard and the staff was at least nice enough. Today though did me in! I ordered double meat on my sub and I came home and opened up this monstrosity. It had 3 regular pieces and a HUGE nasty slab of turkey on it. We POLITELY called the store to ask why this happened and for a refund and the lady straight up lied saying she put enough regular slices of turkey on there and then promptly hung up on us. I work in food service and I get it; customers complaining is annoying. But this is HORRIBLE customer service and I will never eat at this location again. Do better!

Absolutely unacceptable and traumatizing experience.
I ordered a chicken sandwich from Subway online, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was given beef instead—something I never eat due to allergy and cultural reasons. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the staff member verbally abused me in an aggressive and degrading way.

I was so shocked and hurt by the treatment that it left me mentally shaken and traumatized for weeks. This was not just poor service—it was a deeply disrespectful and hostile encounter.

I expected professionalism, basic respect, and safety, especially when allergies are involved. I will never return to this location and urge Subway to seriously investigate and retrain their staff. No one should be treated like this.

I REPEAT I REPEAT !!!! Do not go to this location these owners seemed racist by the way they stare u down . I went in today to get a pizza she burnt my cheese the pizza looked so nasty so I didn't want it anymore she didn't do it right so when I was leaving I heard the man cuss me out and told me not to come back why would I pay for burnt food .they are rude please stay away from this location

Food is good, the place is clean. But as usual the staff looks like they're pissed off at something whenever you walk in. You barely get a hello, and it's rude as a customer "what do you want" referring to your food order.
But I guess this is what you get when you have young 20-year-olds looking for a paycheck and not to contribute to good customer service.
However like I said the food is always good

I placed an online order for a chicken sandwich for my husband, who went to pick it up. However, after taking a few bites, he realized that the sandwich contained beef instead of chicken. When he approached the employee at the store for clarification, the staff member initially insisted that it was chicken. Only after repeated questioning did the employee admit that it was not chicken. My husband then requested a replacement, but instead of resolving the issue, the employee began yelling at him and asked him to leave the shop. I later called the store to request either a refund or a proper replacement, but the employee verbally harassed me, shouting in Hindi and using offensive, inappropriate language, including profanity and abusive words. As I am from Nepal, I clearly understood these insults, and I found the experience to be deeply distressing and traumatizing.

It was pretty great food! However the same cannot be said for the service I’m sad to say :( I really wanted to like and enjoy this place! I just moved to the local area so I want the surrounding restaurants and businesses to like me and get off on the right foot but hey I guess you can’t win them all sadly :,( but anyway yeah that woman was incredibly mean and almost demonstrative to a degree :(. I don’t know why? I was extremely polite and I made sure to smile and say yes mahm and no mahm but yea horrible experience!

Vegetarian options: It’s Subway so yea you already know what you can and can’t get at Subway.

Dietary restrictions: It’s Subway.

Parking: The parking is also a nightmare!

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t! I’m pretty sure the thing they have working in there at night is a witch!

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

They act like they don’t have a drive thru. They never respond I’ve sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and never got an answer. Try hiring someone that’ll actually do their job.

My husband entered the store to get us lunch, and since there was a bit of a line, he went to use the restroom first hoping it would be over after. When he exited the bathroom to order, a male employee yelled at him for using the restroom - in front of other customers in the dining room. He assumed he wasn’t buying anything and berated him. My husband had already been on the fence because the bathroom needed attention, but the disgusting attitude sent him straight out the door.

Only eat here if you like public humiliation and week-old gummy piss on your shoes.

I ordered my food online and received some kind of Italian sandwich with pork instead of the garlic cheesy steak sandwich ("31") that I had selected. When I called to address the issue, the woman on the phone refused to admit her mistake and then abruptly hung up. After trying to call multiple times with no answer, I decided to go back in person.

I remained calm and positive, showing no hostility, but the cashier was visibly upset, rude, and hateful. Despite my efforts, she remade the sandwich incorrectly, giving me only enough meat for a 6-inch sub instead of the full amount. Having worked at Subway, I knew the mistakes were deliberate. She even refused to let me add more veggies, clearly taking her frustration out on me because of the initial order issue. But asked for lettuce and I was told “okay that’s enough”. She was visibly upset. Ruined my day and meal.
