Ordered online and my order was ready when I got there. We had some specifications that were followed to a tee. Everything was great! The sandwich artist was really friendly and seemed like she genuinely enjoyed her job, and was happy to see us, which is a rarity these days. Food tasted like what you expect from Subway.

Let me start out with an indisputable fact: Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's are better than Subway. The submarine market is saturated and Subway comes in last. Now, that doesn't mean that Subway can't find a way to make it in this environment. But if they are going to, it is going to have to be with lower pricing and incredible customer service. And that ain't happening.Like a lot of you, I hadn't been to Subway in years. Hadn't even thought of the place. But, I received in the mail some Subway coupons that made me think of them again. In the current inflationary nightmare we're in, I was simply willing to accept less of a sandwich if I could save a nickel. So, I gave it a go.I went to four separate Subways in Lexington, including this one, to try and use a coupon. Not one would accept them. In fact, they has signs printed and posted proudly proclaiming that they would refuse to take them. The question that comes to mind is, "Why?" This is a losing proposition for them. We have already established that their submarines are inferior. They won't budge on price even when presented with a national coupon, and there is no service with a smile when you have signs printed which basically say "Go Elsewhere". I did go elsewhere. I found a place that would accept coupons. But the real damage to these shops isn't what happened on this day. The damage comes from the fact that I and others like me won't be going back to try it again. I'm simply not going to waste my time and energy when I've already been turned away. The market is just way too competitive for that (see first paragraph). And yet, I'm dumbfounded trying to answer, "Why?"

The sandwiches are seriously getting worse. All bread and scant meat/veggies. The bread was hard and dry. Subway quality seriously declined. The one positive is a clean restrooms.

Friendly and faat.I was at the sports center next door and placed an order for enough subs to feed 35 people. I was quoted a ready time of 30-45 minutes and it was only 35 minutes from the time I placed the call to the time stamp on the receipt. The worker even offered to help me carry them back.

Good service and the lady made it exactly like I wanted.She didn't think my way was good- and commented, but she smiled and was happy as she made my items.Everything was fresh and tasty.Subway doing subway right.The bathrooms were clean and well maintained.All in all it was too much for what we got. $22 for a 6inch with marinara and light cheese, a salad with chicken, no dressing or cheese and a medium drink and ice water.The No coupons thing is a big distracter as we could literally eat at a sit down restaurant for this price, and get more.The 1 star for atmosphere is for the price.Vegetarian options: SubwayKid-friendliness: Lots of kid options and a high chairParking: Lots of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Standard accommodationDietary restrictions: It's subway it's made your way-

Definitely will not be back they do not accept any type of coupons, I have ba zing through my gold membership at my bank, I specifically went out of my way for the coupon for their location which is false advertising.Food was no different than any other location they could accept coupons if they wanted to they do not, I do not recommend if you use coupons

Excellence you don't see much anymore. Fast, friendly service. Delicious tuna fish sandwich. Fresh tomato and green pepper. Banana peppers and Parmesan vinaigrette along with pepper Jack cheese makes for the exact lunch I was searching for... cheers
