WOW!!! I hosted a Galentines Day event for 10 ladies & used Sultan to cater. The food & customer service were excellent & all my guests were impressed & plan on using them in the future. The food was delicious, fresh & flavorful & well put together for easy serving. I highly recommend. Thank you so much,Christina Black

Best hummus in town, period. This place is fantastic. I have been three or four times now and it's getting better every time. The chicken shawarma is fresh and has a few crispy bits that give the dish a good texture. Shawarma sandwich is also a great option for a quick on the go lunch/dinner. Service has been great each time and we have our food within a few minutes.

First time trying Sultan and the food was to die for! I would honestly go here once or twice a week if I could! I believe the dishes are reasonably price. The quality and flavor of the food are outstanding (I ordered the chicken skewers w/rice, greek salad, falafel, and of course... the baklava!). I'm very happy to have a great Mediterranean restaurant so close to home. :)

Ok but Sultan is seriously so delicious. Great open space, the staff were so friendly and helpful when figuring out what to get as a first timer there. 10/10, chicken shawarma was immaculate. Definitely recommend the garlic sauce and the hot sauce is made in house and so good. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

We are within walking distance to the new Sultan restaurant. So, we tried it this evening. The meat was flavorful and good. The rice was good. The vegetable salad was a bit too salty. The flat bread was okay. The service was good. The atmosphere was sparse, nice, big, and open. Overall it was better than most of the Mediterranean restaurants in Lexington. I'd rate Sultan Mediterranean Cuisine at 7 compared to the benchmark Sahara Mediterranean Cuisine at 10.

Friendly service and delicious food. I will never buy grocery store hummus again. Large portions make great leftovers.

I picked up a carry out order for dinner. Ordering online was easy and my order was ready when I got there. I got the beef shawarma platter and a side of hummus . The hummus was good, the pita bread fresh and the rice was very flavorful. Garlic sauce and tahini were both good. But the beef shawarma itself was extremely salty, almost inedible.

Not authentic at all.... At least not the chicken shawarma. The wrap was one i buy at kroger and the garlic paste inside was disgusting and didnt even taste like garlic. The chicken tasted weird and had a weird texture. I literally opened the wrap up and the inside was a soggy mess. I wouldnt be so upset if it werent so over priced. The fries look nothing how they look on the website pictures... they were like air fried and again, tasted like ones you get out of the frozen aisle of kroger. The only thing that was decent was the grape leaves. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

The BEST Mediterranean restaurant in Lexington!! Everything is made fresh in front of you with care. It’s so nice to have a restaurant that takes pride in the food that they serve. Do yourself a favor, stop in and enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner today!!

Dropped in late for some takeout the other night. I will certainly be back to enjoy the friendly and a cool space inside. Great gyros and I almost went back a second night in a row. Very excited to have them so close by!

No chance I'll be back....my homiez fries took 45 min and it's just a weird building, it's like too big for that kinda place. Usually I don't feel bloated after Mediterranean food but sultan showed me that it can be done. Way too much lemon flavor in the lamb yo

Yes Hallelujah finally a place that sell real middle eastern/ Mediterranean food. All middle eastern restaurants were not created equally. This food tastes different. Second visit to Sultan the new hidden gem in an inconspicuous shopping center at the end of Hartland Parkway. Let's start with the food. First of all the Shawarma is made in the house. They don't order and bring a giant hunk of meat frozen on a stick and warm it up and sell it to you. No they do things right. The meat is spiced right and it is super delicious. I had a kebab platter with the two skewers of ground beef kabab that was out of this world. The owners are in the house and pleasant as they can be. Everyone is courteous and attentive. Love this place. Please go and patronize this restaurant so we can have them here a long time

I have only been there once, so maybe I should wait to review. The guys behind counter were very nice. The place was clean. The Gyro sandwich was excellent. The lamb was tender and flavorful, yogurt sauce was great, and pita was the real deal.

Wow, just wow. Absolutely stoked to have such a quality place for authentic middle eastern food in Lexington (extra points for ample parking). We started off with the Hummus with Meat. This came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. Perfect amounts of olive oil, sumac, and generous portion of meat.My table ordered a bunch of food family style and just shared everything. We originally ordered a lot of rice platters, but after checking out the restaurant’s IG page we decided to order shawarma sandwiches too. Best decision of the day.The meat was juicy, the bread was grilled, the sauce addicting, and the size was ridiculous. I’m looking forward to becoming a regular ??
