Pathetic customer service Don’t stay open until 2 if you won’t make food til 2. Need to say you close when you stop making food. Absolutely pathetic. Never coming back.

Great experience overall! My food was delicious, my waiter was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! There was a moment or two where I was waiting for a little bit on service, but the biggest thing about that to ME is just that they let me know that they’re held up, so I know I haven’t been forgotten! My waiter was so good about coming by to say that he was held up doing something but would get to me as soon as possible!
I had the Sushi On Fire roll and I was SO pleased! It was DELICIOUS!! I had another roll I liked, but my favorite was the aforementioned!
They have great quality food for being open so late! I had a lovely late dinner, and I loved chatting with my waiter! We talked about Shakespeare and literature, too! What a lovely evening!

It was so relaxing in there and the food was absolutely AMAZING. I got the chicken ramen but mild not spicy, and it’s absolutely wonderful. I can’t do the stuff with a lot of different things in it, and their ramen is super simple. Broth, noodles, chicken, mozzarella, and scallions. And it taste amazing. I’ve only ever had the packet ramen so it’s a big step up from the packet ramen but not too different either!! It was great :)

Their food is great, but their portion sizes and prices are terrible. Only been here a handful of times, but every time I come, I’m reminded about why I don’t. $20 for a hot stone bowl, just to have 4 measly pieces of Bulgogi, but like 1.5cups of rice. When we brought this up with one of the employees, they were just kinda like “oh, sorry about that”. No offer for more or a reduced check. Honestly, there are cheaper places in town with the same quality of food. Go there. I shouldn’t leave hungry when dropping $20 on an entree

Sushi Blue is a gem in Lexington! The Cherry Blossom Roll was absolutely incredible—so fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. It quickly became one of my new favorites. What really made the experience stand out was our waiter, Luc. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and his customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
Between the amazing food and the top-notch service, Sushi Blue is definitely a must-visit. We’ll be back for sure!
