Placed a DoorDash order, pretty much the whole thing was messed up I asked for no tomatoes received tomatoes on all 3 tacos, paid for steak in the bowl and didn’t receive it, no cheese sauce to go with side, I called the store to simply ask if it could be fixed/ make them aware of issue I was told by there was nothing they could do and both employees who were on the phone were very unprofessional

Food turned out ok, just can't believe the prices, even on the value menu. Then they're charging $0.20 per sauce packet? No thanks, at this point it cost the same to go to Taco Bell as it does to go to an actual nice sit down restaurant like Hacienda. I doubt I'll ever go back to Taco Bell.

I'm tired of hearing ppl talk bad about Taco Bell so I am making this review. Who cares if it's not authentic, how can you say it isn't good. Although tonight my spicy potato tacos with added beef were very tiny and weren't full of beef and potatoes like the last ones they were still delicious. I haven't had anything from Taco Bell that I didn't like and I will continue to spoil myself with Taco Bell as a reward when I work overtime. I get off at midnight and who else is open? Thanks to the team as well ad the DoorDash drivers who bring it to me. I will no longer tolerate any negativity regarding Taco Bell. Thank You.

I ordered a crispy cantina taco meal, which I've had before in louisville. I was served soggy hot tacos. I took them back and in their attempt to correct my order they severd me hard tacos which are not the correct shell for the cantina tacos on top of that I asked for a drink for my wait and the lady slammed the window in my face. I will say the gentleman who reopened the window was very pleasant and has great customer service skills.

07/08/2024 bad experience today I bought 8 chalupas with chicken and they gave me. Only with beans and vegetables, I complained and they told me to excuse them, Ivan was going to prepare them in 20 minutes. I was waiting and went to ask, they said they were going to charge me more and the man yesterday left and one of the fools had a bad experience. today I do not recommend it
I waited for 10 minutes to be waited on just to be told that I had to order from a screen in the lobby very unfriendly communication between Taco Bell employees and customers the employee didn't bothered to help people that walk into even the lobby they're more worried about their drive-through times

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I had my order repeated back to me twice and they still managed to charge me around 10$ for tacos and manager to FORGET ALL OF THEM. If you want to get anything from this location make sure you order everything one at a time and check your order after, otherwise the workers will take your money and not provide the agreed upon serveice.
