Waited try to order on machine, didn't work. No help a group came in behind me finally someone came from back of store and waited on all of them ahead od me. Never did get helped. Bad customer service

I went to Lexington Taco Bell on Versailles road, and I'll say I would never eat there again. I ordered the $9 box that had the two tacos in it and a chicken bacon ranch burrito when I say the burrito the chicken itself was dried out like it's been set out overnight, and it was burnt it wasn't fresh at all I would never ever I don't care if it was the last Taco Bell on this earth I would never eat there again never Taco Bell just let anybody work up in there They don't care who works there at all They leaving their food out overnight and selling it to people and that's why people getting sick!

Taco Bell is my FAV fast food. This one, however, was the worst one I have ever been to. I always try to be positive, or at least find something positive ... the lady manager was very nice and did remake our tacos.

Locks on the restrooms are stupid. No one wants to have to ask permission to take a piss. Luckily there are no locks on the dumpster doors outside. What a backwards setup this place is running!
Placed a DoorDash order, pretty much the whole thing was messed up I asked for no tomatoes received tomatoes on all 3 tacos, paid for steak in the bowl and didn’t receive it, no cheese sauce to go with side, I called the store to simply ask if it could be fixed/ make them aware of issue I was told by there was nothing they could do and both employees who were on the phone were very unprofessional
