Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. I go here often because it’s close and the last 5-6 times my order has been totally wrong. I’ve tried to report it in the app and have tried to call back each time and haven’t been able to. Tonight a manager apparently answered and accused me of lying about lettuce being in my food and tomatoes all over it and I literally have pictures of it. She also said she made the order which I don’t see how that’s possible because you were at the window telling the employees in the back my order has been wrong the last 4 or 5 times I’ve been here. 12$ 5 times adds up. I’ve thrown away my food I’ve got here the last few times because it was messed up so bad and one time I took it back through TWICE and simply said NO LETTUCE and it’s caked on there. It’s starting to feel like they do stuff on purpose to irritate people. I’ve worked fast food for years and the customers always right. Why the heck would I lie about lettuce being in my food. Y’all’s night shift here is TERRIBLE.

Worst Taco bell on the planet! Foods wrong or cold and staff is rude as hell. No stars shut it down or fire and rehire all new staff. Waiting 45 min for a door dash order out here costing us delivery drivers on orders and tips cause they messing up and rude. Ghetto as hell.
I wanted to use the bathroom prior to ordering food. Had to wait a few minutes. I heard some moaning, like she was having an orgasm. When she was done. She walked by me after letting the door shut. Told her I needed to use their bathroom. When I first got in, I saw 2 different strand hair that was short (pubic hair) and a longer piece. Since she was the manager, it was pointless to tell her about it. I tried calling the regional manager, but was put on for too long and never answered. Not going back, ever. Truly gross.
