I do not usually eat Taco Bell but I was late we were tired & I just wanted food. Omg it was so good 😂😂I have officially started liking Taco Bell. I just hope the locations in my hometown are as good!

Bestow my compliments to the chef, who has executed their role to the highest of standards on this eve. The whispers which proceed this fine establishment bear truth, as this is in fact the finest Taco Bell in the land of Lexington. The dish I had requested was the crunch wrap, one which can either be completed horribly with no filling, or one which can be a beautiful display of Devine cuisine bursting at the seams with the ingredients it hides within, this Crunchwrap was the ladder. Incredible work through and through. I will be returning and I hope others will heed my advice and do the same. Much appreciation.

One day I will learn to go out of my way to go to Taco Bell if I want to have everything I ordered. On this particular night, I guess I was a glutton for punishment. Stopped in and ordered 2 Gorditas, 1 beef chalupa supreme, and 1 mexi melt. I attempted to order 2 Carmel empanadas, but was told they’re no longer carrying them. When I got home I was missing the chalupa I ordered and paid for, let’s face it if Taco Bell wasn’t so expensive I probably wouldn’t have had a problem and just let it go. Instead I called up there and tried to explain the situation and was met with being cut off and excuses, which ultimately led to whomever I was talking to hang up on me mid excuse number 2. Next time I’ll either hit another one or choose something else. This isn’t the first time this happened and I’m sure it won’t be the last if I stop in again.

When I arrived, there were 2 people waiting on their food and 1 person waiting to order. After waiting a couple minutes with no staff working the counter, I used the kiosk to order. After 10 minutes, the person waiting to order at the counter left after nobody ever took his order. Finally, after 20 minutes, my food was ready. When it arrived, the burrito was completely flat as if someone was sitting on it. While eating, a few other people came in to order that was never served and eventually left as well. On top of it all, there was a staff member that was sitting in the lobby the whole time and someone from the back asked if they'd be able to clock-in early, which they agreed. If they were dealing with short staffing, why did they wait over 20 minutes to finally ask them to clock-in? Just not a good experience all around.
These lazy bums wouldn't unlock the door for me at 9pm. Parents must be proud sure making good sweat at their job. Not.

It's a taco bell... I don't expect much. I JUST left this location after ordering a #3 which is 3 soft shell taco supreme. There was 1 other car ahead of me in drive thru... no one behind me. What did I get? 3 regular soft tacos. No tomatoes or sour cream or anything else. Damn I forget how hard it is to take an order and punch it in the computer and complete it without being rushed. Ridiculous.
