Once again this location left something out of my order about every third visit this happens you'd think I would be smart enough to check my order before I walk out the door but being a dumb ass that I am wait till I get home, They Have the Best Lettuce Taco In the Business, No Meat.

The lady was very rude and hostile taking my order , I asked and even threw in a “pretty please” to have my chalupa shell made fresh bc every time I get them they’ve been sitting for hours . Not to mention I asked for nacho cheese to be added , why df they put nacho fries on my damn tacos… my Baja blast was watery as hell too. I was more than friendly at the speaker and window and just don’t understand the rudeness and laziness. I used to be a Taco Bell employee and making fresh chalupas literally takes 2-3 minutes. I’m am beyond boggled by the customer service and the quality of my food and will not be returning. I also feel like night crews don’t really give a shit about complaints so that’s why I’m writing this review HERE .

- This Taco Bell does not take cash. They say they do but all efforts indicate that they are not set up to do cash transactions in store.

- They say to use the kiosk, but if you don’t hunt down someone to pay they will let your order sit in their system unpaid and unmade.

- I waited 20 mins in the lobby before I walked up to the counter to figure out what’s going on. They keep saying their register recently stopped working but it’s been over a month. They genuinely just do not want anyone working up front I guess. I come here because it’s supposed to be a fast place to stop into. Since that is no longer true I will no longer come here.

Got food in drive through tonight, drove home & more than half my food is missing! 2 nacho bell grande, 2 dorito loco taco supreme. Paid over $40!! My family is sitting at a table starving now thanks to this bs!!! No one answers phone either.

There's nothing more frustrating than paying for food you don’t receive, only to have the business turn around and ask for a donation. It’s absolutely unbelievable. With the rising cost of groceries and food, it’s unacceptable not to get what you paid for—especially after also giving a donation. This place consistently messes up orders, and this time I’ve learned my lesson. I won’t be returning.

I ordered the $7 Deluxe Crave Box and got 2 tacos and a drink smh.

I should have checked my order first before leaving drive thru line. Got home and my order was wrong… DROVE BACK TO THIS LOCATION… I went in the second time and there is NO ONE IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE to take orders! Everyone is so focused on drive thru and not noticing the people inside (they notice, but not taking orders). One of the workers hit the monitor (out of frustration) and left! I believe the young man quit cause he was frustrated when we went though drive thru! There needs to be one person in front taking order and one person fixing nothing but FOH orders and the back of the house needs to focus on drive thru ANDDDDD one person doing door dash orders! Who manage this place?!? I’ve worked in a fast food restaurant for over 10 years and COULD run this place smoother (FACTS)
