I went through the drive-thru and got a double gordita crunch. It was really delicious. A little messy because of the sauce but it was really good. The cashier that took my money at the window was really nice
The food was pretty good. Given the chance to try another taco bell in another state to see what the difference between the one in my hometown of columbus indiana is and all the other ones around the country. I think the only difference was the accents, to be honest and fair. Practically no wait time like always with the chain. 5 stars.
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of options that could exclude meat products.
Dietary restrictions: I'm not too sure here.
Parking: Plenty of spots to park your ride.
Kid-friendliness: Taco bell has no playground but the food they will enjoy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors will accommodate a roller. Wheel right in and get us grub on..
They got rid of the breakfast items, which were honestly the only quality food taco bell provides.

The workers there are so rude and they were very racist to us when we came through the drive through. We didn’t even bother to get our food because they were unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Our last straw before leaving the drive through line was simply asking them what kinda sauce they had and they laughed at us.
Drive thru workers on late night shifts have ruined this Taco Bell for me. Lady that runs the drive thru window is very hateful and has no communication skills. I will never be back to this Taco Bell again.

Drive Thru at night is a nightmare because of one lady who hates her job and spreads the misery onto anybody who has the misfortune of dealing with her. Beyond rude. It’s a shame they spent so much money renovating this location only to hire people who make this location not even with going to.
