I found Tandoor in 2019 after moving from FL. I first had Indian in Brussels while residing in central Europe. Tandoor is without a doubt the best in the Lexington area and as delicious as I've had in many of the european cities I've visited. The staff is always kind and helpful. You can't go wrong with their Tikka or any Masala dish.

This is our go to place for carry out. Everything is always fresh, piping hot and delicious. The chicken saag is amazing! Everything we have tried there is really good.

As always the food was delicious. Since we did take out, service and atmosphere did not apply. The new on line order form is excellent. I am glad you included a place for tips.

I wanted to share some feedback about my visit tonight. Unfortunately, the service was not up to expectations — our waiter gave us the wrong order, and the rice tasted like it had been cooked much earlier in the day. I hope this can be looked into so future experiences can be improved.

Delicious
I only ordered takeout, and it was a small order of appetizers.
The samosas were top-notch! I also got garlic naan which was huge, soft, and delicious. I ordered some spinach pakora as well. I know it must be difficult to fry battered spinach, which is why I really hesitate to bring this up, but some of it was a bit overdone. Some pieces were hard and a tiny bit burnt tasting. I would probably recommend a different pakora.
Other than that one tiny thing, it was so delicious! The food was ready right on time and the employee who greeted me was very welcoming and friendly.
I can not WAIT to go back and try the buffet.

Superb Indian cuisine with a very nicely redone restaurant interior. Spacious and relaxing. Enjoy some seriously tasty and spicy (if you like) Indian dishes.
Beautiful interior, delicious food and helpful service (we have legume and nut allergies, so we had to avoid foods fried in chickpea flour, the carrot pudding with cashews, coconut milk, etc). We found plenty to enjoy. The tandoor chicken was so good!
