This place has great atmosphere and tables along west side have a great view, 4 at least with beautiful ocean view. Servers are prompt and efficient, excellent service. One of my top 3 favorite meals is a good burrito. The Arrachero burrito was the best burrito I have ever eaten! Praise couldn't be higher.

Our first meal here was spectacular - truly delicious and fresh fare in lovely surroundings with fun and attentive service. The blue corn quesadillas (stuffed jalapeños) and the coconut flan were incredible. We ordered extra flan to go for the next day and then got take out dinner on our last day in town. 5/5 stars.

Wonderful location with a view of the bay. They make their tortillas fresh right on demand and the seafood tacos are amazing. Go here. It is wonderful.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The service is very good. The view from the table is beautiful. I ate here twice during my visit. Yelapa is not an easy place to navigate. You may have to ask a local how to find the restaurant. But the challenge is worth it.

I visited for a late supper in the small seaside town of yelapa. I was expecting just ordinary tacos, what I received was extraordinary. The tacos come on blue corn tortillas, and the various fillings I can only describe as carefully crafted little recipes pleasingly fresh ingredients. Every different type of taco I tried here was delicious.

My wife and I have been coming to Yelapa for 4 years and have always had great meals at los Abuelos and the prices are reasonable. You do need reservations a lot of the time so check with them early to get your time.

This is the best meal we had in Mexico and a place that I can’t wait to return to! The tacos and quesedillas were amazing, thanks to the fresh ingredients and freshly made blue corn tortillas. The margaritas were also really good and they had a selection of wine (which is nice if you’re kind of marg’d out!). The coconut flat was also absolutely delicious! If you are able to get there early, try to snag one of the tables along the railing for incredible views! And if you aren’t there early? It’s still worth it for the tacos! I can’t wait to go back!

Just off the back streets. Visited the restaurant after all the reviews on Trip Advisor. Was not disappointed. Had the chef special. Fillet Mignon. One of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Also the price was unbelievably cheap.

Customer service is the worts it town. Bigger groups get priority seating, even if you were before them in line. They have literally put couple tables together in front of our faces. Bigger group did not have a reservation. Food is ok at best.

We were in Yelapa for three nights and ate here twice. The Food is amazing, wine good and the service was fantastic. Be prepared to wait it’s very busy with both locals and tourists. A little difficult to find but just ask someone and they will most likely walk you there. That’s what happened to us. People were lined up the stairs but our wait was only about 20 minutes. The first night we both ordered the shrimp burrito and had enough left over for the next night. They make fresh taco shells right there and they melted in your mouth so yummy. This is one of the best restaurants in the area. Can’t wait to go back
We went here on the recommendation of a passerby in Yelapa, and it did not disappoint. There was a wait to get in (there wasn't a list; you just waited in line for them to say a table was available). The restaurant has a well-deserved following; we could see the line growing as we waited. I had the salad with diablo-style shrimp... so good!

It really was (and still is) the best Chile Relleno of my life so far! A very good friend of mine recommended this place to me as the best tacos I'll ever have. My girlfriend and I ordered the Chiller Relleno con Camarón special. Amazing. We actually stole the picture cause we loved it so much we forgot to take the picture. After that, tacos of marlin, asada and a Chimichanga for my girlfriend. Everything was delicious. Truly the best of Yelapa. Before I forget, handmade blue corn tortillas were a plus ?

The chili relleno special was to die for. The best I’ve had in Mexico in my 3 years here. Even the accompanying salad was delicious with a beautiful blackberry dressing. The handmade blue corn tacos were also divine and I look forward to trying some other items in their menu when I next return to Yelapa. Every plate that passed by gave me “food envy”!!

What a great meal we had tonight! We ordered two shrimp salads, one Diablo and one apricot dressing. Both were amazing! Can’t recommend highly enough. The setting was beautiful and comfortable and the service was excellent, we are going back tomorrow night!
