We ate dinner tonight with friends at Texas Roadhouse on Harrisburg Rd. Food was delicious & Reagan was our waitress. Can I say how awesome she was!!! So friendly & actually kept my husbands tea filled! He drinks a gallon! lol she was great & we will definitely become a regular.

Hair on steak plate told manager instead of getting a new steak they brought sane stwakto me in to go box since others done ate and ready to go. Get home sane steak a d another hair this time on the steak it self. Not to mention always nets flying around inside.

11/15/2025 roughly 8:21 PM Table: 303/1 Server : Daeja I want to start out by saying that we typically love this restaurant. We go here somewhat frequently and every other time we have been here it has been amazing, except for this evening. My husband got the fillet medallions and I got the 8 ounce sirloin. When we came here on 11/13/25 (two days prior) our steaks were very tender and so juicy. They were cooked properly (medium well for mine and his), sides were amazing, and our server was so friendly, outgoing, and had such a positive attitude. We ordered the exact same meals tonight, and it was the complete opposite. And we both ordered medium well and they were cooked well done. We had both send our steaks back, his came back all right, but still not very great. When my new steak and came back, it was pretty over cooked and WAY tougher than the first one. I ended up just eating my baked potato and chili and not trying to have a third attempt on a medium well steak. Our server daeja had a decent attitude in the beginning but throughout our service, her attitude became poor. I’m not sure if this was due to having our food remade. I am typically not the person to complain like this, but it is so disappointing after we had waited a little over 45 minutes outside in the car to be seated to have this kind of service. I would also like to mention that the bathrooms have been horrible most of the time we have dined here. I usually overlook this, but tonight it was way worse. Leaking toilets, wet toilet paper on the ground, and what appeared to be fecal stains on the toilet seats. I would like to give this restaurant another try here soon in the next few weeks. Hopefully our next visit will be a lot better like it usually is.

This food was terrible. Ordered sirloin steak, chicken tenders , Mac and cheese , sweet tea and a salad.
Steak was cold Sweet tea turned out to be unsweet tea once I got back to my hotel. Mac and cheese was cold. All the cheese was at the bottom. Noodles wasn’t finished cooking. Rolls was cold. Forgot my honey mustard with my tenders.
The whole order was terrible.

Always good food at Texas Roadhouse even when busy. Sat at the bar and it was packed with only a few seats open. There were different sports and stuff on the TVs Bar staff was pleasant and attentive although extremely busy. Steak was cooked perfectly and food came out is a quick timeframe. Always a solid choice for dinner.
