I don’t like the Ziosk Twice i have been charged for playing games on it but didn’t play games. if you touch the screen r u charged? Anyone else have this happen? They did remove the charge when i asked.
My ribeye was ordered medium, it was overcooked and tough, hard to chew until I poured butter over it. My husband’s salmon was dry, but tasted good. This experience is not the norm for Texas Roadhouse. Our server was perfect, catered to our needs, was very pleasant and checked back with us. The atmosphere was very loud, the Texas Roadhouse we went to in Lexington KY last week, didn’t have the raucous noise, and was very pleasant. We almost always enjoy the food and service...
The service is very poor you took our order never seen her again very much never came back from drinks and took forever to pay the bill not very happy not sure if we'll come back
