There was 7 of us for a late lunch. The wait staff was great and the food excellent. We had a totally satisfying experience.

I love T.g.i.fridays I have not been in a while however I placed a order today at the Hamburg pavillion one over the phone, A lady named Becky took my order! She was very patient very kind ! She took the time to listen to my big order and repeated it back to make sure she had it right! When I arrived to the store I knew I had to know I place my order, there was a woman at the front entrance with a big smile ! IT WAS BECKY! THE GM OF THE STORE! All my stuff was fresh hot and do good after arriving home! Sometimes you come for the food but it's the people that give you good customer service that keeps you coming back! So thank you Becky for the best experience of customer service!

I have dined at Friday's for 25 years, but over the past year this location has really struggled. The food is often cold and mediocre quality. The service level and attitude is good but not great. I really hope this location can improve because it used to be a favorite place to eat.

My meal was fantastic! We got the appetizer sampler with wings, tater skins and wontons. Both of us got whiskey glazed steaks. The meal was so delicious! My server was personable and helpful. Wish I had gotten her name.

I love TGI Fridays. Their food is always fresh and hot and just perfect for me. The fried green bean fries are literally the best thing ever. My Steak is always cooked to perfection and seasoning on it is immaculate. The ONLY reason why I gave it 3 stars is because every time we go, our waiters have been less than excited to have us and tend to ignore us the entire time we're there. They also look miserable when they come to our table. This has happened back to back. I know people have bad days. And I don't expect a waiter to be with my table all night. But would it hurt anyone to make us feel welcomed? That's my ONLY complaint about Fridays.

Awesome bread sticks, delicious food and wonderful wait staff!! Ours was absolutely fabulous... Knowledgeable, friendly and the best service we have received in Lexington!! Had Steak and potato skins... Excellent Job guys!!

Bartender was rude acted like we were bothering her. They removed the comfortable boots that would have encourage people to stay longer and drink more in the bar area. Completely uncomfortable seating, food is okay. The older Hostess is awesome! When you look at the restaurants surrounding them, it's hard to believe Friday's is even still open. Needs an update badly! Miss the atmosphere of years ago and the warm feeling of the booths. Won't be back :-(

Updated menu. Professional waiting service. Middle of the bell curve vittles. That curious combo of portion control, franchised ingredients and random cook capability we have all come to expect. We tried the new beyond beef cheeseburger, more expensive and less tasty than real meat... but it gets the job done, as does the the restaurant. Go, its your typical comfort zone experience.
Ordered 2 Iced waters with lemon. Got 2 ice waters. Ordered a beer and waited ten minutes. Flagged down waitress and she said " She is pouring it right now" referring obviously to the bartender, beer arrived with no head meaning it had been sitting. Waitress cane back several minutes later and we placed our order. I was a little tired from driving 500+ miles and didn't specify how I would like my burger prepared. It arrived a little overcooked to my personal taste. My wife was happy with her food. Then we waited over 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to our table with our check and a box. I personally heard another waitress tell her that we were ready to go. She appeared from behind my wife within seconds of me hearing this. BTW there were about 15-20 patrons in the whole restaurant!!! The $5.00 tip was a "GIFT". As we walked out the hostess is standing at her podium thingy playing on her cell phone. 25 yrs Retail Managemnet experience! This location failed miserably.
