Standard over-priced mediocre airport restaurant food. On par with Applebee's. They were out of many things and had nitrous issues at the bar. Service was great. Chris was a beer wizard and awesome server.

The bartenders were nice. Grant took our food order ( I specifically know it was him because I had to ask him about gluten free and what his favorite sauce was to which he answered BBQ) which I’m sure is great but we never got our food to know and instead of owning that he forgot to put it in, claimed he never took our order with a slight attitude. I hope your experience is better than ours because we’ve heard it’s great but this experience was not.

June 7th I received exceptional service from a male bartender (didn’t catch his name) my flight was delayed due to weather, and I was sure to miss a connecting flight. Total bummer, but to make the best of it I got some burgers (delicious) my father even said this was the best meal all week. But the kind bartender recommended some whiskey on special which helped melt all the troubles away.

Incredibly rude and passive aggressive bartenders. Too many details to get into here, but I couldn’t believe how disrespectful both of the bartenders were. I NEVER leave reviews, but I was so shocked at how they treated me that I felt the need to say something.

Solo traveler, was looking forward to a decent meal, but apparently I was invisible today. Upon arrival I was advised I could seat myself, saw that it was crowded, so went to back area with a counter type seating. Already had decided on my order, but was ignored by staff. A party of 5, arriving afterwards, sat next to me, the server came, then got them menu & water. A second server came to that same table & assisted 1st. I looked at several other servers, no one came to my table. I, sadly, left. Btw, I live in Lex and use this airport on occasion. I hope they will at least try harder.

I never take the time to write reviews, but I had to quickly just mention what a wonderful surprise this place is. The staff is just amazing! So friendly and welcoming, and they really take care of you. You can tell they take pride in providing a warm pub experience - which isn’t easy in an airport of all places. Do yourself a favor and show up a little early for your flight and stop in for a bourbon and a quick bite to eat. It’ll make your day just a bit better.

Dean was an amazing bartender and server. As the bar got full he greeted every guest. No one was missed or forgotten. He made follow up rounds to ensure everyone was good. He gave great recommendations for bourbon. He provided the best service while he patient with each guest and keeping a smile.
