Service was good but food was so so. The cheesecake was pretty boring.

This has always been a great place to go. Yet, over the years the service is rather lacking. It isn't like they used to be. I have never been fond of the interior. It's still a solid restaurant, just not the same.

We were quoted a 30 minute wait, waited 45 minutes, and turns out they never set up the reservation. Highly disappointed with Cheesecake Factory Lexington KY….
Wonderful experience thanks to brilliant service from Tara C. Cheesecake Factory is always a unique treat. The Louisiana Chicken Pasta and the Shepard’s Pie were both very lovely. An all around great experience at this location

Ok kinda expensive for the cheesecake
This place is so busy and has a very extensive menu, which I think takes away from the quality of the food maybe? It’s definitely way too expensive for what it is. The cheesecake is good, they should just stick to that. Our server was nice, but so slow. We were there for lunch on a weekday.

My food was good, but they never did get my boyfriends steak right. We waited over 20 minutes and it still wasn't done then another 30 minutes and couldn't get no one to help us out. First time I've been there and the last time.

It was very busy. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food is amazing. I had the Honey truffle chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was delicious. The cheesecake in my opinion is amazing!! Will be going back

Nice place
Absolutely amazing. Very good steak! Servers were good and on top of drinks. Not too fancy but the atmosphere was still quite nice. You can dress casual or fancy, they don't care at all. Food was plentiful and great. I didn't have any cheesecake so I can't speak on it, but I've heard their cheesecake is really good.
It's the Cheese Cake Factory server was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Food served hot,tasty Chicken Madeira standard item, ice tea.Clean no wait.
