The Cheesecake Factory has been one on my favorite restaurants for a long time now. That is until my last 2 visits. Yesterday I went in and the waitress was pushy and rushing and didn’t really seem to have any customer service experience. The food came and was cold. The wrong sauce on my plate. But most importantly and the worst of all. I seen a roach crawl underneath the booth seat I was on.

This was my first time to eat here. It was wonderful in every way! Just walking in, you feel like you're in a fantasy land. The decorations and atmosphere are really cool and unique. The service was great. The waiter kept my husband's water glass filled (which is pretty much a full time job on its own) and was attentive when needed, but not annoying. She helped me decide what to get from the extensive list of choices, and it turned out to be perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. They packed up our leftovers for us, which gave it a fancy, elite feel. And then, of course, we got some cheesecake, which was amazing. It's slightly on the pricey side, but completely worth every penny!

We stopped in to order dessert to go. I was positive I was going to get something chocolate until I saw there was a lemon raspberry cheesecake. That was a wonderful decision. We were not the only ones ordering dessert to go - there was a small line plus online orders. The staff were really moving along, but when it was our turn to order, they were so nice and treated us as if no one else was there with a smile and sweet attitude - they did this for everyone. The cheesecake was excellent. I hope to go there for an entire meal next time.
