I really like their coffee and the breakfast sandwiches are good too. I haven't been disappointed with anything I've gotten here.

This is a drive through coffee shop so the environment is not relevant. The service is okay. The staff is younger and at times say inappropriate things in front of you but it's pretty easy to look past. The coffee itself is pretty good and is served with one of my favorites a chocolate covered coffee bean. I don't particularly love their hot coffees but they're not bad. My go to here is the Java Chip and it's very consistent and predictable. Recommend giving this place a try.

I stinkin LOVE this place. BEST coffee, smooth and flavorful. BEST options and love the variety of sugar free options and nondairy options. Friendliest service and kindest people! 100/10 recommendations

Was told they open Saturday morning at 5am waited until 5:20am still closed had to leave for my sons skating event today ,couldn't sit and wait. Visiting from out of town. Just disappointed.
So recently, I had an opportunity to check out the Human Bean at their new location on Richmond Road. The staff was fantastic at that location and advised me that the original local coffee shop was on Harrodsburg Road. So this week, when I was in the area, I decided to stop in at the Harrodsburg Road store. It is located across the road from the cycle shop and not too far from Lane Allen Road intersection. I have driven past the store for years. Lots of traffic in the area and so easy just to pass them by. I am glad I was advised to stop in this store. I ordered my standard light roast with heavy whipping cream DELICIOUS!!!The staff at the Harrodsburg Road establishment is just as friendly as the Richmond Road location. Kudos to management in hiring great staff and providing quality product. I will be back.

Well staffed during the busy lunch rush. The employee was so helpful. I didn't know what I was in the mood for, lol. She helped me find something that sounded tasty. An iced mint tea with raspberry puree to sweeten' it? not too sweet with the right amount of caffeine! Thank you!
