I love this place, and Im only giving this review to hopefully help you all out. The last 6+ visits I have tried to order the spinach pretzel melt and no matter what time of day, morning, noon, afternoon, I am told that they have not been thawed out and cannot sell them. I think this place is awesome, and can do better about preparation/having things on the menu available. I hope this helps!

The manager of the Richmond road location is extremely unprofessional.. I’d rather give my money to Starbucks. You should never ask a customer where they work at, what they’re doing this weekend and where they are headed .. I see why they nearly get any business as is.. I will not return.

The Human Bean is my new go to coffee place. I’ve been about 7 or 8 times now and this coffee is the most consistent coffee place around. I constantly check my food and drink before I leave places but not at the Human Bean. I know that I’m going to great service and great coffee.

My go-to for drive thru coffee in this area. The staff are always friendly and the coffee always good. The lot is also easy to enter and exit which is critical for a drive thru only business. As a franchise, I enjoy the wide variety of flavoring options they have, especially the seasonal flavors that they carry year round like pumpkin and peppermint. IMO, iced coffee drinks are also particularly good here compared to other chains because the ingredients they use to flavor the coffee mix very smoothly with cold liquids. Lastly, when I bring my pup the staff at this location are always quick to offer a pup cup ?

The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. For someone that doesn’t drink coffee - they took the time to explain what I would like based on my preferences. They added a personal touch at the window by asking about my day. This will be part of my morning routine!

The customer service is always great. However, the coffee is often extremely watered down and they go light on any flavors I’ve chosen to add. 3 of the the 4 times I’ve been the coffee has been closer to brown water than coffee. I’ll stick to the other coffee options on Richmond Road going forward.
