This was our first visit since The Ketch reopened. The restaurant looks open & inviting. All new tables & chairs & attractive flooring. We were seated promptly & the waiter arrived to take drink orders. We ordered catfish & whitefish platters & fish&chops. Fish portions were large & very tasty. Sides were fried okra, cornbread salad, black beans. All very well seasoned. The bread pudding with bourbon sauce was delicious. So glad this Lexington staple has reopened. The food & service were outstanding.
We went here on our first date 31 years ago. We were back in town decided to revisit. The food was delicious and the waitstaff was friendly. Get the key lime pie!!!!!
Have always loved the Ketch and am thrilled with the makeover. Happy that this Lexington staple is alive and well. Crablegs , sushi , hush puppies , ketch fingers are what I’ve had and all excellent.

My husband and I went out for my Birthday dinner and were SO glad we chose The Ketch. We hadn't been there since they had reopened and were very impressed with the new interior design. We got sat right away despite being 20 minutes early for our reservation and were told the specials one of which I ended up getting. Our server was so fast and friendly. She had our drinks to us right away. The wings came out fast and were delicious for an appetizer. I got the Panko Crusted Whitefish and it was amazing! My husband got the catfish and he said it was great too. They had live music going and the guy was a good singer and the selection of music was definitely our style. We texted multiple friends to brag about the update and how good our food and service was while there. Can't wait to come back!!
I have loved The Ketch for many years but the reopening has been awesome. I have been 2 times since reopening and I couldn't be more pleased. The food is fresh and delicious, remodel is perfect and service well, just couldn't be any better. I really don't have complaints however the martini hasn't been high on their list😊. I have been assured that the issue will be resolved. I'm looking forward to many more gatherings at The Ketch in my future. Come find your new or old Home.
Especially great early happy hour on Sundays 2-4.

First time back since the reopening and I was not disappointed. Had a great meal and a great time with family. I'll be back!
Went with a friend who had been there with previous owners. Definitely not like it was before. Smallest crab legs I've ever seen.

No rush, easy going, good seafood, great early afternoon date at the Ketch. It's one place we will use as a go to!
The sushi (Muy Bueno Roll) was the best part of the evening! My friend got the fish & chips which he said tasted like frozen fish. He also said the Cole slaw didn't have much flavor. But he really enjoyed the fried okra. My crab cakes were blah-not much flavor. And the hushpuppies had no flavor whatsoever. We both said that if we go back we'd only get sushi!
Food was almost all fried items. Greasy when served. Limited menu. More bar focus. Lots of TVs for viewing sports.
First time I’ve dined here & it was so good! Loved the oysters & fish fingers.

The service was good, our server was very attentive. The food was okay. Prices a bit high for the quantity on some items.
First off I wanna state I used to love the ketch. Me and my grandfather have been coming here since I was a kid . So when I go In to what I think is going to be a nice sit down place like it used to be I was shocked. It was hideous on the inside the turned a once homie and cozy restaurant into a horribly designed and tacky sports bar! We went during lunch. There was a rush as expected but you’d expect they have more than one server! The poor woman was going back and forth between Atleast 14 tables By herself. Hire more people she was obviously overwhelmed. On to the meal we got a catfish and white fish platter. Now when you read or hear platter you think of a different variety of foods. Not a single piece of cat fish (with not a lick of seasoning) we got side salads as well the Caesar dressing had definitely turned. all of this plus the crab and shrimp dip we got (which costed 15 bucks and there wasn’t barley any shrimp or crab in it mostly just cheese!) All and all I don’t know if it’s new management/ owners or what but they should be ashamed of how they ruined a fantastic restaurant.
