It makes my heart happy to see that The Lemon Tree is still serving meals and teaching students. As a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in nutrition and dietetics my eyes filled with tears when I saw that this opportunity is still available to students. My own education was enriched and furthered greatly by my experience as a student serving, cooking, washing dishes, at The Lemon Tree. Thank you, UK, for continuing this fine tradition

Wow! This place is a refreshing break from the onslaught of psudo-local food restaurants. They actually take the time and effort to vet thier suppliers and bring to the table truely local fresh produce and protein. They meld those ingredients with light seasonings allowing the wonderful flavors of our fantastic Kentucky products to shine! Eat here, your palette will thank you.
