Rented a room for an annual conference I’ve attended for the last three years. Highly disappointed in the room we were assigned this year on the outer wings. No wifi connectivity from the room (so much for working). TV gave a black “please wait” screen when trying to watch. Lamp by the bed was barely attached and had electrical tape poorly holding it on. Wall in the bathroom was warped, no fan in the bathroom, and the toilet paper holders were not screwed in. No full length...read full review
Our stay was wonderful! The only hotel I’ve stayed where the refrigerator is actually COLD!
Good evening. I have called 3 times today trying to see if a wallet was found in the room I checked out of. I have been on hold over 30 minutes each time and now when I call back the girl never even says anything and puts me directly on hold. Very frustrating, especially since I have a simple question. One the other hand imagine you losing business over your front desk not wanting to answer the phone!
