Nice and very clean eat in or carry out restaurant. The staff were very friendly. I ordered the grilled shrimp street tacos (3) which came with a side of tortilla chips. The tacos were so fresh and shrimp cooked perfectly. I will definitely be going back and try something new on the menu.

From Florida & actually worked at Tijuana Flats for a little after high school. So, so glad to see they’ve made their way up to Lexington! Different state, but still same great food & atmosphere!
Love this place! The tacos are huge and fantastic! The chips are thin and crispy. The sauce bar is amazing, and they even have that good ice. I recommend a double stack taco and the cookie dough flautas!

We've loved Tijuana Flats since we lived by one of the original locations in Orlando 10+ years ago. We were so happy when this one opened in Lexington. This location is great. Super friendly staff knows our order. They usually have blackened chicken already started by the time we get to the counter. Food is just as good as being in a FL location. Great hot sauce selection. We have over 1,000 points in the Tijuana Flats app so maybe we eat here too much but we love it.

This was some of the worst food I’ve ever tasted in my life. It wasn’t even Tex-Mex. Like there’s authentic Mexican food there’s decent Tex-Mex and then there’s this stuff. It was terrible and way overpriced. Do not recommend. I would much rather go to Taco Bell or chipotle
