My first time at the restaraunt was awesome! Emma provided fantastic service and food was great as well. This will be a frequent stop from now on when in Lex!

Very endearing establishment tucked away in Chevy Chase.
The food is very good (try the smoked deviled eggs or the salmon-topped chopped salad) and the service is top notch. Attentive but not smothering.
Vibe is casual-upscale. You don't have to dress to the 9s but a reservation is recommended.

I've had the pleasure of calling Lexington home for nearly a decade, and I'm thrilled to have just discovered this hidden gem! Despite working in Chevy Chase for years and frequenting this road, I never knew this restaurant existed. The food and dessert were exceptional, and our waitress provided top-notch service with a smile. We can't wait to go back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Can't rate the food. We were never served. After waiting for 45 minutes we left. Our waitress was clueless and didn't notice that two of her tables that arrived after we ordered had received their food and we hadn't. She is maybe new? Poorly trained? Anyway, it was a big dissappointment. Hopefully they will get it figured out. Normally a nice place to eat in Lexington.

I was pleasantly surprised. We have never been here before and wanted to try a new place to eat. Very small and cozy atmosphere. Food is delicious! I think we found a new place to frequent.

It's was ok...steak and fries basically (pom frittes) nothing to write home about. The salad was really good though.

Stay away from that place, the owner/ manager wants to have his friends over and act like he was entertaining in his backyard… they were loud, and disrespectful. I felt like I was at a fraternity party with a bunch of anxious 80 years old. Food took forever and nothing special, for God’s sake the prosciutto was fried…the waitress was the only one with manners at that place. That place is NOT a restaurant is a sport bar with a bunch of old people that don’t know what that act.

Was served sour meat. The water and bread also tasted off. Very skeptical of this establishment in terms of health and safety.

Tulip is a cozy upscale bar with lots of interesting food options and a good wine list. I had the low country dip who is a variety of seafood in a Swiss and Gouda blend. Seafood and cheese are an odd pairing, but it was delicious and unusual. Rack of lamb was extra good. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The hostess wore Jordan 1s, so you could tell she was cool
