I literally got kicked out of this place for no reason. I was just walking around the place trying to find a girl that I was supposed to meet up with and one of the security guards walk up to me and said that I’ve got to leave. I asked them why they wanted me to leave And they said that they weren’t told why they wanted me to leave. They said that they were just doing their job and that their manager told them to tell me that I needed to leave. I think this is a case of profiling because they’re kicking me out for no apparent reason and they wouldn’t even give me their managers name or even let me talk to them. They only told me the name was two keys. I will never never come back here ever again.

The bartender was rude and Incompetent i'm just a plain jerk I got food poisoning from one of their was sick for about a week. The place is nasty grimy. Too many people is a far hazard and the bartender was clearly. Letting an underage woman.

Went here with a couple of friends to start out our night. Tried to order at the bar and the male bartender was an absolute POS and told me to chill out or he wouldn’t serve me. Sorry dude, it’s loud and busy so I kind of have to yell what I want so you can hear me. I wasn’t being rude or anything—and I was 100% sober since we had just gotten there. Then didn’t have any plastic fishbowls and acted like I was out of line and stupid for asking him to make the fishbowl drink in a cup. I just told him to forget it and I would come back later. Then I was on the phone with my fiancé trying to find each other as it was insanely packed and loud. While he was on the phone looking for me, a security guard started shoving him to the front and telling the bouncer he was too drunk. WE HAD JUST GOT THERE AND HADNT EVEN HAD A DRINK!!! Truly an insane and unprecedented experience. Train your staff to respect customers and stop automatically assuming someone is drunk when we were just trying to work around the insane crowd. Won’t be going back there.

The bouncer is so severely uneducated. I’m from Illinois and he swore my ID was fake. Not only am I 24, but I’m the oldest in my entire group. When I told him to get the cops involved he said nah you’re fine but I know it’s fake. Maybe teach your bouncers what out of state IDs look like :) if anything, HE looked underage ?

How can you not forget about such a place like Two Keys!? Even Bryson Tiller cannot forget about such an establishment and he is from Louisville, Kentucky. The bar scene is amazing, the outside deck is epic as pedestrians from all over the city walk by with smiling faces. It's in in the heart of South Limestone so it has to live up to such a busy, bustling section of the city. They have these drink with multiple straws that I can't handle because they are so tasty that you forget how strong they are lol. The waitress are beautiful, the food is great, the atmosphere has a high frequency, and the vibe is fun all around. I recommend it to anyone...Big Facts!!

The Hill location (owned by Two Keys & next door to the tavern) is the worst. Bartenders and staff are rude beyond belief. Every time they rent out the private “VIP” area that has limited perks, one of the women’s bathrooms is blocked off and closed. Men still have two bathroom options, but if a woman is to walk up to the specific bathroom I am talking about, security just shakes their head at you. They will say no words to you, but shake their head and give you a dirty look. Drinks are overpriced and service is poor… at best. Going in the middle of the week when they have no business is the best.

Awful experience especially for a Friday night. Male Bartender was more worried about getting some then the rest of the bar. Not only did it take forever to get a drink but The same bartender and his staff were also extremely racist and I witnessed a woman get jumped by a group and punched in the face and the same bartender instigated the fight more. Calling her awful names and emotionally yelling at her. Lucky a police report was filed. Not a fun place to go. If your visiting Lexington stay clear of this bar!!!

Is a very nice bar. They were part of a Pub Crawl. We paid 80$s for 2 tickets but this bar and most of the others barely participated. There were not photo props, and basically it was just free cover and supposed drink specials. The butterbeer was awful. It was truly a let down.

Surprised to see the ratings of Two Keys! It is my favorite bar in Lexington!! The bartenders i met are all super nice especially the people who are running the quarantine walk up bar. I think its awesome they are selling liquor and have made the best out of the situation. The prices are not bad and they post recipes and tutorials on their Instagram page which i enjoy alot. You can tell the owners keep up with the bar as it is clean! The music is always good and theres always a good crowd!

Love the old wood floors and exposed brick walls as well as the gas fireplaces throughout. I’m just not a fan of drinking a beer at a bar out of a plastic cup
