Underwhelming is the best I can describe it. I was super excited because I love a good salad. The descriptions sounded amazing, but the salad was just meh, the soup was the same. Great spot, really cool building but overall a bit disappointing.
Our first time. Impressive selection of salads on the menu board, and you can customize all sorts of ways. We shared a half soup (tomato) and half salad (Bluegrass Blackberry) since we had a late breakfast and were very happy with the portion and of course taste; a regular size probably is perfect too. I wasn't really sure what to expect from an all salad restaurant, but I was not disappointed. I ordered the classic chicken salad and the attendant asked if I wanted a salad bowl or wrap. I chose wrap because it sounded easier to eat. The attendee explained how it was normally served (with diced strawberries) and offered a salad dressing (honey balsamic).
