WARNING: Waffle House is now filching and scamming its customers. They are trying to apply a 20%, which is an outrageous tip, "fee" to all TO GO orders claiming the cashier is a server and 10% of it for literally no reason. The manager is a fool thinking people cannot see a scam when confronted with one. I will be also contacting corporate. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Disappointed. Going to First Watch now.

Food is very bland and burnt. On top of that the staff on February 2nd, 2025 at 8:30pm seemed super strung out. Forgot details about my order. Forgot where they placed items like her own ticket book. As well all the staff disappeared for a good moment leaving the store front unattended. If I could give this Waffle House zero stars I would. Worst ever Waffle House my husband and I have ever ate at hands down.

Last-minute family get together, Stephanie was our server. She was the best hostess and server you could ask for. She catered to our every whim from extra crispy well done waffles to extra crispy hashbrowns, to please us all and put my drink in a to go cup, and the list goes on and she delivered. Our food was delivered just as we ordered it. We even had one late arrival and another to go order and she still got it all done in perfect time. There is something about a waffle house that is so real and so part of Americana. Thanks to Stephanie for giving us a fun family meal today.

Came to Particular Waffle House on a Friday Night after the Jellyroll concert and I gotta say that I’m seriously impressed with the 2 employees really getting the job done! Food was fast, and on point! Thanks!
Nicole our waitress was awesome! She was doing her best as the only waitress helping a lot of tables. We had gotten there around 2:30 or so and I noticed about 5-6 waitresses sitting in the back counting their money instead of helping the only waitress and then proceeded to stand back there until it was time for them to leave. Only one did some mopping and one filled some salt shakers other than that it seemed they were more interested in counting money and getting out as fast as possible. There was a unit manager who also stood back there u til the very end when she finally came out and barely helped the only waitress and cook. It was frustrating to see Nicole work so hard and also the cook being kind of rude cause he was frustrated when I feel like a waitress or two and the manager could’ve stayed over a bit for the rush. Nicole thank you for great service! Our food was good as well.

We walk in at this Waffle House @ 5:55 am. It was me and my wife. There was 2 other couples sitting in booths eating. My wife and I were not greeted when we walked in. We sat down in a booth and the waiter said he couldn't take our order until the other waitress came in @ 6:00. I have never in my life had this to happen. I know the Manager of this store and she can't be aware things like are going on. Makes you feel like your business isn't wanted. BUT WAIT HOLD ON. THERE IS A GOOD ENDING TO THIS REVIEW. THE SWEETEST WAITRESS EVER CAME IN AND SAVED THE WHOLE DAY..HER NAME IS....... Mae... This lady is the best......

We found another great Waffle House using Google Maps. This was a very clean location. The food was great and was ready very quickly and accurately. All of the staff we encountered here were very friendly and professional. We love Waffle House because the food is almost always as expected and they are always open, meaning we can have our breakfast early as we desire.
