Terrible service. Asked for a Texas note with no cheese because I cannot eat cheese and yet they proceeded to put cheese on the Texas melt after I made it clear. The workers were very rude and took their time as if they didn’t want to take you my order. The job dedinetly lacks for good quality customer service And I think that they could do extremely better. Worst waffle house in Lexington and you cannot change my mind.

During a recent repair at a local shop, I dined at your establishment and was highly satisfied. The restaurant was impeccably clean, the service was excellent, and our server, Tay, provided outstanding and attentive care. The food preparation was also of a high standard. I will certainly return for another meal should my travels bring me back to the area.

Tayler is one of the best customer service representatives at the wafflehouse here in lexington. Been coming here for almost 2 years, and her attention to detail and care for customers it's what each servers need. She deserves a career development path in waffle house. She is a great asset.

The service was great! The food was yummy but got cold pretty quick because the AC kicked on and I guess we sat right underneath it. It was about $70 for 5 meals!
