I have gone twice and both times I have had to go the first time I sat down to wait for them, I waited like 10 minutes and they never came to see me or even to tell me that at one point they would be there I decided to leave with my family. I gave it another chance another day I arrived and sat down and they left me waiting never went to check or anything I waited but when I saw they serve someone that just got there I decided to leave again and never come back and it’s a shame because I live literally behind Waffle Hose and I love it.

Sent my son and boyfriend to this restaurant. Their fault for not checking the food before leaving this horrible place, but they forgot two orders of grits there was no cheese on our eggs, eggs were burnt. I love Waffle House eggs so i am highly disappointed. The toast was burnt. Had to go to the restaurant myself. 1st off everyone there look like they are on drugs blamed the mistakes on being short staffed. We were told to come back when the mangers are in. They had the inside closed but still charging people take out fees. Highly upset and disappointing.

Me and a friend was starving, so we came here to grab a bite to eat...We had the best server!! Her name is Rayne, and she is the sweetest girl!! We also chatted with another server named Lisa, who is also the nicest lady, she was so kind...the food was great as well, those 2 servers made us feel right at home. I definitely recommend this Waffle House. Very clean and orderly. Please ask for Rayne or Lisa, they are the best!! Thanks ladies for a pleasant experience!!!

U literally have to go at a certain time in the morning to eat. Afternoon shift is lazy and dont follow procdure. No way i get half an egg on 2 sandwhiches and my sausage seemed like it was cooked way too fast. As a regular this is unnacceptable and there for will be thinking twice before i go back

After a while of not coming I end up forgetting, and when I go there and leave, I forget to check the food because I assume, well, it's a different person. They will get it right. BUT THEY DON'T..This time was the chili on the hashbrowns.. All that to say this IF YOU'RE ORDERING TO GO.. PLZ CHECK THE FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. SOMETHING IS PROBABLY MISSING..
The Waffle House on Richmond Rd in Lexington ky is a joke. The manager Tabitha talks down to her employees like they are dogs. I feel sorry for the employees.
