Four years I was homeless, in and out of rehabs around the city there. My last mean in Lexington Kentucky was a meal that the employees gave me. I was wearing a black cardigan with holes in it, I had a black COVID mask on and I was tired. I walked in there and asked for some biscuits and gravy, the staff gave me a huge thing of food and some coffee. I think I got the coffee there. But regardless, they fed me when I had nothing and I left out the door and found 5$ in the parking...

This Waffle House was small but clean. Our server was friendly and the food was very good! Biscuits and gravy were good as well as their grits. Not huge portions and I love that being reflected in the prices too!

We got there, and our server was on break. Another server stepped up, got our drinks, and took our order.
She brought our drinks, she was great! When our food came, our server, who was on break, delivered our food. It was not very good service from that point, didn't say anything, I had to ask for coffee. She was sitting at another table, counting her tip money. It was frustrating. That's the first time I've had any issue with service at Waffle House
