I didn't get the gentleman's name, but the guy in electronics working this morning is superb. You should have him teach classes to all Walmart employees on how to interact with customers. I have bought things at other Walmart stores and said thank you to a worker that helped me and got a blank stare back.

I go through Lexington KY. twice a week and stop here almost every time, the store is always clean and the staff I have come in contact with has always been great people to deal with.

Asked multiple people for help they all claim they ask someone to help me in the dept. Was to only one person in the whole store knows how to do it. Waited 1 hour for someone to show up to help me. Noone came spoke to at 10 people for help. Why does Walmart even have workers if they can't help the costumers.

"The world is full of nice people, if you cannot find one, then be one" just like this Store Representative, Joshua. He was so attentive to us customers when we were shopping and noticed we have forgotten one of our payed bags behind, he managed to keep it for us. Back home we realized and thought, I bet if that nice, attentive guy is still there he will have our bag. Sure enough! Joshua was there, cleaning his checkout stations and making sure his job post was in perfect order.. He did recognize us AND gave us our bag he has kept... Thank you so much!

The auto cards service center at this Walmart could not have offered a more abysmal experience. I went online to order the tires that I needed for my truck. The tires that I ordered, were listed on their website as “in stock.” Which would lead me to believe that they actually were in stock. What was even more insane is that they let me order them, they even charged me over $800 dollars for them, which is fine, if I were to have actually been able to receive a good or service from them. The website even offered a “great” service, and allowed me to schedule an appointment for Walmart to install the tires. Which I took advantage of, I scheduled my appointment for the following day on my lunch break. I received numerous notifications leading up to my appointment the next day. I attempted calling them on 6 separate occasions, just to confirm that everything was good, and that my appointment was still on, and that I should still show up at 12:00. To no surprise, no one ever answered the phone. So I take my lunch break and drive across town to my appointment, only to be informed, “we don’t have these tires in stock, and we never carry these tires, the website is wrong.” As furious as I am in that moment, I respond “how do I receive my $800 refund?” To which I am told, you should be refunded in the next few days and you should have already gotten an email saying that we don’t have the tires you ordered. Which leads me to ask myself, why in the world would you allow me to order them and even take my money?!?! I ask the worker “what should I do if I don’t receive my refund, because at this point the charge is still there?” The worker behind the counter, being the over achiever that he is says “you can call if you don’t get your refund.” I ask “what number should I call?” And guess what his response was?!?! “The number is 1-800-Walmart”

To say i will never spend a dime of my funds (not that it matters) at a single Walmart ever again would be an understatement. My life’s mission from this point forward is to bring down Walmart at any means necessary. This is an egregious act of awful customer experience. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS NECESSARY!!!!!!!

I would say this Walmart is relatively more efficient and more reliable over the Supercenter on New Circle Road, which lacks most notably the customer service.

I love Walmart+. Pickup person forgot to load an entire second order into my car. But Walmart.com gave me promo codes to cover delivery fees so they can have it brought to my apartment.
