Wendy's in Lexington

“Always good food here!! But the coke machine....if it says cherry coke zero or all the flavors...but they are always out what's the point in having that kind of machine? Just get a normal one other put the varieties in the machine please.“

I frequent the Wendy’s on Boardwalk in Lexington, and I have to say the night shift team here is truly amazing. Every time I visit late at night, the service is quick, friendly, and consistent.
There are two ladies who usually work the drive thru, and even though I’m not sure of their names, they absolutely deserve recognition. They always go above and beyond to make sure orders are right, and they handle busy nights like pros, all while staying polite and upbeat.
It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it makes a big difference. Thanks to this hardworking night crew for always delivering great service, you all are appreciated!“

“I went to this Wendy's after an Oncology appt yesterday. I was starving, but really only wanted a frosty and fries.. something to tie me over.

The worker there, David, was incredible with me and another customer that was in Wendy's.
He patiently asked the elderly person, after me, if he wanted particular items on his sandwich...to make sure the order was right.

David has kindness and compassion, that we don't see so much in our hurried world today..and then to see it in a fast food setting!!? I was amazed and impressed.

“What a fabulous location with a wide selection of eateries under one roof. Plus a SUPER COOL play area! Apart from some poor service, and pockets of employee attitude, definitely a place I would make a stop at again. Also, opportunity in more cleanliness, especially the bathroom areas. Hope they improve these areas before your visit!!“

“The Alexandria area Wendy's is awesome. The community is full of caring people who are experiencing humanity together. Great inviting atmosphere and good food. Been going to this location since I was a kid. I only wish Wendy's would reach back in the 90s and bring back the bacon mushroom melt. Lol“

“The workers are fast, kind and consistent. I've only had one mistake there and they fixed it. No hesitation. I cant say enough kind things about the employees. They are happy or pretending but I never feel rushed or like im bothering them. Wonderful location! Inside is also always clean“

“The Manager or District Director of the store was on duty and doing a fantastic job of coaching the staff on handlind/paying attention to customers and conditions of the store. He has excellent skills in helping people see for themselves how things need to be done.“

Head cut through their Internet again, so the manager took it upon herself to not only give me the free sandwich I was going to order but my Meal free.
