Outstanding Night Shift Team! I frequent the Wendy’s on Boardwalk in Lexington, and I have to say the night shift team here is truly amazing. Every time I visit late at night, the service is quick, friendly, and consistent. There are two ladies who usually work the drive thru, and even though I’m not sure of their names, they absolutely deserve recognition. They always go above and beyond to make sure orders are right, and they handle busy nights like pros, all while staying polite and upbeat. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it makes a big difference. Thanks to this hardworking night crew for always delivering great service, you all are appreciated!

I ordered the 5$ biggie bag via drive thru. The staff was rude and short . My fries were cold but all in all it was what you would expect for the location.

Whoever was working Saturday August 9th around 8:30 p.m. somebody should tie you to a chair and make you eat the food that you serve what you did was uncalled for horrible after I waited in line for 10 minutes whoever made my sandwich you should not be making food at all not to mention my sandwich was cold because it's set in the window for 10 minutes while Wendy's air condition was on super blast and my food was cold I don't have time to go back and get a refund cuz I was on my lunch break glad I had some extra napkins in the glove box this is sad
Sat in drive thru for over an hour while the employees were having a water fight in the dining room, you could clearly see them through the glass. They lost out on a lot of business because most people got tired of waiting. If I wasn't picking up 2 door dash orders, I would of pulled off too. The worst service I have ever seen and I'm not one to usually complain.

Doors closed before they are supposed to be for dine in. Wouldn’t answer the phone when I called them about it. Terrible service. The app told me this location was open for dine it, that’s why I came here!!!
