My dogs love the jr bacon cheeseburgers. They get the $5 biggie bag. They get the meat, cheese, bacon, and the chicken nuggets. I get the lettuce, tomato, mayo, bun, and fries. They water for drinks and I get cherry Powerade.

I ordered the $2 Dave’s double ( national promotion product) I ordered online and was charged $6.69. I assumed they would take the amount off at check out. When I ask the girl at the drive through about it. She said “ where do you get the idea of a Dave’s double being $2? I said it’s a national promotion!! She said they took $4.29 off of the burger. I said do a normal Dave’s double is over $10? She said well you got a large chilli! ( what does that have to do with my burger being priced wrong? ) the mgr on the phone was clueless he knew what I was talking about but offered no refund or even a apology for the drive Thur girl being rude to a customer!! Avoid this location!! As expensive as they are the customer service should be top notch but they are rude and clueless!!

The servers at the window were apathetic. They really didn't seem to care about anything, including getting my order correct. I ordered a combo meal. When I asked about my drink, the person at the window looked at someone else. That person shrugged their shoulders and made my drink. I felt like I wasn't supposed to get a drink despite ordering a combo meal. This place is messed up.

The girl at the drive-thru was training with a manager or maybe an assistant manager. They were pretty rude to her, which she then was pretty rude to me. She did not respond to please or thank you. No one was smiling or being polite to each other, either. My food was wrong, but it wasn't worth it to go through all the attitude again. I don't stop at Wendy's regularly because even though it is convenient for work because it is an unpleasant experience every single time. I would think that if you are at the high end for fast food in price, you should excel at both quality and customer service. It's a shame because I would rather eat at Wendy's but they don't seem to care if I'm a customer, so I won't be back.

Seems the establishment always is short handed and there usually there is only one person waiting on dine in and drive thru. Other than that the manager is very nice polite and apologizes for your wait time.
