Food is acceptable Wendy's food. One of the managers is unprofessional and lazy. I ordered my food to go, and the ticket said to go. Guy who is out of uniform puts my food on a tray. I day it's to go can you put in a bag please? He tosses a bag on the tray, scoffs, and walks away. Don't be angry at me dude, it's nit my fault you work at Wendy's and apparently have trouble reading.

When they forget to complete your drive through order, probably because the worker is listening to their headphones while serving you....they want you to drive back to fix their mistakes. That's the whole reason you go through a drive through. They can keep the money and hire more responsible employees. Fastfood is take your money fast, and we don't care about your food. Does this look like $13?

Food was ordered correctly. Staff was kind. Place was clean. Was a great choice for a late night family bite.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals come with toy for them to assemble making it more interactive.

The food was disgusting the honey chicken biscuits were dry the cinnamon pull aparts were dry hard and had a tiny piece of cream cheese on it. The man working the drive thru window was rude he threw my bag of food at me he didn’t ask I needed anything he didn’t give me any straws nor napkins, this restaurant is unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. This place gets no stars from me.

I’m 7 months pregnant and was starving, craving Wendy’s desperately.
And then I get my food. Cold. Old. Gross.
Nothing given for my potato. Not even butter.
I literally cried and threw it out.
And I worked 2 jobs today so this was all I had time to eat between them.

Ordered through the drive through, the guy was very helpful and kind. However they did forget my straw ( not a big deal I keep spares in my car) and I discover that my ranch sauce was actually the ghost pepper one. (Luckily I do have a high spice tolerance) Also the burger was not fresh like advertised, This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and received less than good service. As someone who has always been a big fan of Wendy’s this location (which used to be my go to location) has discouraged me from ordering at Wendy’s. And makes me speculate if the company has finally gone down hill. It’s like McDonald’s with the broken ice cream machine but this time just Wendy’s may be known for their bad service. Which to add the first time I was serviced by a rude and aloof girl who didn’t care to help at all. (As someone who does customer service I understand we all have our bad days but that shouldn’t interfere with work).
Really disheartening to see such a good business go to ruin.

I visit this place for lunch quite often, and I usually order a biggie bag with a Coke. The man who works the front counter consistently impresses me with his politeness; I truly appreciate his friendliness and respectful demeanor.

One of the things I enjoy most about this location is how quickly and efficiently my food is served. I’ve never once had a messed-up order or any negative experience here, which is a refreshing change. The staff clearly take pride in their work, making each visit pleasant and hassle-free. It’s reassuring to know I can rely on them for a great meal every time I stop by. Overall, this place has become a reliable spot for my lunch breaks, and I look forward to my visits.

Normally a solid wendys. Went in tonight at 845pm on 10/21/24. We're greeted by a nice young lady who said it would be a minute.
While waiting we were watching the staff and another lady was filling nugget and fries orders with her bare hands, no gloves.
Then she flipped through a burger (also without gloves) looking at the ingredients.
NOPE.
The young lady had not returned still and we left. Did not want our food bare hand fingered.

Stopped in for the Spongebob Crabby Patty..Wendy's did not market this right. Everything came in a Wendys wrapper not a word about Spongebob on any of the available meal items.
The cashier that took my order had a sour face on him and attitude to match..
