They did not listen as I ordered, I ended up with a double hamburger instead of a single. The meat in my burger was very pink and red...not a good option.

The service at the Wendy's on Richmond Road used to be amazing. The women at the window were always to personable, nice and efficient. Now, I'm not sure who is running this place. It has gone downhill in a very short period of time. Also, why did Wendy's change the chicken for their chicken sandwich? That was my favorite menu item. Now it is a rubbery piece of.....something that kind of resembles chicken. The taste and texture is off-putting!!! So sad!!!

I ordered a drive-through meal from Wendy’s in Hamburg, my sandwich was a doublestack but I received a junior bacon cheeseburger, I do not eat pork. I had driven a little ways and by the time I got into my bag to get my sandwich out of my meal I was closer to the Wendy’s on Richmond Rd. So I thought with no hesitation that I could go to this Wendy’s and have my sandwich replaced. It’s just a sandwich. When I get to the Wendy’s, I go through the drive-through and the employee seems to Go through with my new order, which was just replacing that sandwich, I didn’t want a full meal. I didn’t want another drink. I didn’t want fries all I asked for was to have my sandwich replaced. Before he was done speaking to me he was cut off by a lady, I was told to pull around to the window and when I did, I was met there by the manager, a lady who was pretty defensive and hostile about how they could not give me a sandwich and that I needed to go back to the other store or pay. I told her that I had no problem with pain for numerous meals. It was just the principle that is the same company, i have the wrong sandwich and receipt and at the end of the day… it was just a sandwich. I know that at the end of the night there’s food thrown away. There are meals made wrong every single day, no big deal, I’ve worked in community service for 15+ years and a business owner of8 years and know that I could’ve been handed the sandwich that I ordered and the ordeal be over with I just wanted to document this and Hope that this manager wouldn’t take things this serious in order to please customers as I am a super loyal customer to Wendy’s and have been for years. It is my favorite fast food Restaurant hopefully things like this can change.

These restaurant is not customer friendly , I come in tho employed using the phone, after I wait a least 2 minutes in front of of the cash register, a man came from the back , don’t say nothing so I star tell him what a want, no interaction , course they all were Hispanic, I’m Hispanic de ent too They treat you as a number . Ever will come back .

The workers are fast, kind and consistent. I've only had one mistake there and they fixed it. No hesitation. I cant say enough kind things about the employees. They are happy or pretending but I never feel rushed or like im bothering them. Wonderful location! Inside is also always clean
