Had a iced tea, large chili & a sour cream & chive potato. Really hit the spot! Potato was freshly baked & fluffy. Now I'm ready for a nap!!!

The tall thin young boy working the drive thru at 2p.m. today definitely needs to have some more training on customer service. Rolling your eyes and body language was not cool. I was using a coupon and he definitely did not like it! I will not be back to this Wendy's & will let my coworkers know too. Poor and unfriendly customer service is something that we don't put up with.
PLEASE give this employee more training!! Thank you

WOWZA!!!! The customer service here on Saturday morning was not better than the last Saturday I stopped here and it was the same person both times. First time the worker was rude and beyond disrespectful. Before I left the drive thru I checked to make sure we had all of our food as we had 4 people and made sure we had straws and the worker came back to the window and rudely last if there was a problem. She was lucky I has a group of people with me or I would have spoken my mind.

The next time I went I was by myself and repeated my order several times to this same worker and she was still very rude. I should have checked my order before I left but was on a time frame but it wasn't what I ordered. Each time I came it wasn't busy and around 7:45/8 am. So there is no excuse for this workers behavior and will be reaching out to their managers

Surprise, surprise, surprise… Dark, and no lighting at drive-thru kiosk. Report of No chili reported, and then reversed when I indicated I may need to reconsider ordering. No utensils or napkins in bags, and unaware butter was expected since baked potatoes were ordered. Butter provided when requested before taking baked potatoes bag. Change back was ‘dropped’ & it fell on ground below cashier window. I retrieved it, no comment from cashier. No receipt found in any of three bags. Was this really a Wendy’s Restaurant? So different than the many times I have visited This Location! Maybe a dream or total anomaly.

As Wendy's go, this one is pretty good. If there's a decent line in the drive thru though be prepared to wait a while.
