I ordered ahead via the app and the food was ready at the quoted time. The food was typical of a Wendy's. I thought the outside layout was very strange. To get to the front door you have to cross in front of the drive thru traffic. The food pickup spot is right inside the left entry door.

The Manager or District Director of the store was on duty and doing a fantastic job of coaching the staff on handlind/paying attention to customers and conditions of the store. He has excellent skills in helping people see for themselves how things need to be done.

Huge shout out to James!!! Extremely positive attitude when I came up to the window and he’s definitely a keeper!! If anything the best fast food interaction I’ve ever had!! Even apologized for the cap being a little bit off the cup ?
