Person taking order was very nice. This happens to me every time. I live over an hour away and when in Lexington I stop by. I order a crave case, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 cheese pickles and onions. Upon arriving home yet again my order was messed up. All were cheese only. This is something so simple but is never done correctly.

Always great service! Gentleman taking orders and handing the food out the window was super pleasant. He was an older African American gentleman wearing a white castle sweater that was very festive for the holidays. He was extremely jovial and had superior customer service !
White castles is a favorite, I love getting the sack of 10 and some chicken wings as well as a fish sandwich and a big red. My crew was happy !
Someone else got our food when the person in front drove off and we had to wait for about 18 minutes for our new batch of food to come out.

Last 3 times we went we waited 20 min in the drivethough waiting at the box for them to take our order then another 20 min at the window

I did not like the vegan burgers offered and thought they taste like a dish sponge. I do not recommend eating here and would opt for an impossible whopper from Burger King if you’re in a pinch.
