Could you please... clean the kitchen floor, clean the dining room, clean and refill soda machine, clean napkin and straw area, empty the overflowing trash cans and although I didn't use the restroom, I'm sure it needs to be cleaned. If you could pick up the boxes you're tripping over in the kitchen, not wear the same gloves to touch food and handle money, that'd be great. One more thing... please provide some customer service training to the staff. Thanks in advance.

I just went to the White Castle on New Circle, Road and the drive-through was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive-through. The man at the window taking orders was the rudest person I have ever met an ideal with the public every day. I highly recommend do not go to this location. Go to Reynolds Road. There are a lot more friendlier.
