First time dining at Winchell's. Let me say this, I will be back. The food was fresh and flavorful. I had the Gourmet chopped burger and it was seasoned so well. We will definitely be back to try more menu items.
Winchell’s was insanely good! It was my first time going and I can’t believe I hadn’t been before! I had the Country Ham and Swiss sandwich! It was grilled and tasted like the most amazing grilled cheese with the added bonus of thinly sliced country ham! My date had the Reuben and it was equally as good, so good I didn’t get a bite! A special today was sautéed zucchini, which I’d never thought of, but will definitely be making. Great lunch! I highly recommend Winchell’s!
Everything we had was great. Beer cheese, Hot Brown sandwich, Derby and Mud pies. Loved every bite. We will definetly return next time we come to Lexington! Host was so nice, patient, and was so helpful.
