I didn’t even order due to the complete rudeness of the gentleman at the counter. He took someone’s order in front of me and just seemed really put off by the time she was taking. He didn’t say anything verbally but his demeanor and facial features were off putting. Going into an establishment where you don’t feel welcomed Does not make you want to stick around. He never acknowledged me or responded to my hello and how are you. He ignored everything I said when I asked how is day was. People be nice to other people!!! Hopefully he has a better day tomorrow!

I’m very picky about my wings and when I asked for my wings to be cooked “well done” the staff was so nice and helpful that they took my wings back and made me a NEW ten piece wing basket and my wings were Perfect!!!

We had our food door dashed. Arrow Wings was extremely good. Had the perfect amount of flavor in each bite. We will definitely be ordering from here again.
Both wing zones locations ive eaten since down here was much better than Buffalo wild wings place.

Ordered some boneless wings, price was fine service was fine but the best thing about my meal was the celery and carrots, seriously, the chicken was just not fresh at all and I got there just as they were coming out of the kitchen, the chicken had obviously been cooked long before I ordered and just sitting around waiting to be sauced and even worse were the sauces (mild buffalo and honey q) were just not good at all. I was honestly confused I was like how does a wing place have wings this bad, they are better literally anywhere else other than maybe a drive thru fast food place.

Just ordered a $15 sandwich that I had to choke down with no sauce because they didn't include my dressing that I paid a whole dollar for, which in and of itself is absurd. Couldn't eat the fries because didn't have the sauce so basically I paid $15 for a huge disappointment. Do not recommend.

I WILL MAKE SURE ITS MY DUTY TO NEVER LET ANY OF MY EMPLOYEES BUY FROM HERE EVER AGAIN !! I called multiple times today and got hung up on trying to place an order and when we did finally get somebody on the phone and I asked them about our credit from our previous order that literally came up to almost 70 dollars they have no knowledge of that ! I ordered from them last time and the food wasn’t done or anything literally got 2 sets of wings buffalo wraps and more and not only that The funnel cake fries was hard and not eatable and y’all tell me there’s no sign of a credit! Like I told them I work at a business a hotel at that and have a hand full of employees that can vouch so for them to think anyone lying or didn’t even try to help is INSANE they deserve to be shut down and definitely do not know how to conduct business. I will not spend my money or my company money on this place again !
